Large, comfortable and bright house of 150 m² on the peninsula of Gâvres in a quiet area a few minutes walk from the beaches, shops and restaurants.
Access to the batobus is 50 m from the house, you can access the city of Port-Louis (historic fortified city) in 10 minutes by enjoying a pleasant boat ride.
The Cité de la Voile Éric Tabarly and the Keroman submarine base in Lorient are also accessible by batobus.

The house can accommodate 8 people, it has 4 bedrooms in total including 2 bedrooms with cupboards on the first floor (1 double bed 140x200+1 sofa bed 140x200) as well as an adjoining bathroom and separate toilets.

Upstairs, you have 2 bedrooms including 1 large bedroom with 1 double bed (160x200) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) as well as an en-suite shower room and a toilet separate from the shower room.

From the very bright main room of 50 m2, facing south, you can access a large terrace equipped with garden furniture and an electric awning to protect you from the sun.
You also have a charcoal barbecue for your outdoor meals.

The closed kitchen overlooks the dining room thanks to a glass roof; it is equipped with complete equipment (dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, classic coffee machine and Nespresso).
The dining room has a family table for 10 people.
The living room benefits from a TV, a stereo and wifi.
