Come and recharge your batteries in our "CÔTE ET MER" villa. It has just been completely renovated (works completed in July 2023).

It is located on the edge of a cliff, with a walking path passing in front of the villa. We have a magnificent sea view from all rooms.

DESCRIPTION OF THE VILLA

Entrance through a small hall, to the right of the small hall, toilet.
First room: Large living room with TV (WiFi code scan the QR code or key).
Second room: New, fully equipped kitchen with 2 large bay windows offering a magnificent view of the sea and the English coast.
Third room: bedroom 1, sea view, double bed 1.60m x 2m with walk-in shower, sink.

Upstairs:
Fourth room: Bedroom 2, sea view, double bed 1.40m x 2m.
Fifth room: Bedroom 3, sea view, double bed 1.60m x 2m.
Sixth room: Bedroom 4, sea view, double bed 1.60m x 2m with crib.
Seventh room: Bathroom with shower and sink.
Eighth room: Toilet.
!!! Duvet covers are mandatory (2.20m x 2.40m).

Heating: Air conditioning + pellet stove (bags not provided).
Equipped kitchen: 2 refrigerators/freezer/oven and microwave/induction hob/dishwasher/Senseo/electric kettle/toaster/coffee maker/dishes.

We created a more cozy lounge area for relaxing and reading.
Our villa is designed for spending quiet, relaxing moments surrounded by family or friends.
The property is not fenced, but pets are welcome.
There is a large terrace with tables, deckchairs, and a barbecue.

Rental location:

There are 6 parking spaces behind the property.
The path next to the house is a right-of-way; do not park in this driveway to allow the farmer access.

!!!!!! Electricity is charged at €0.30 kw/h, and cleaning costs €100, payable on site.

Point de vue imprenable sur la manche et côtes Bretonnes. Endroit idéal pour ballade, maison isolée

L'objectif était de passer un week-end en famille avec enfants, beaux enfants et petit enfant. La maison peut accueillir sans soucis 4 couples et est idealement placée tant par la vue imprenable que par sa situation pour les ballades le long de la cote.

Prachtig huis op een unieke locatie

Zeer mooi huis op een unieke locatie. Goed uitgerust, alles aanwezig. Wagen noodzakelijk. Bepaalde kosten niet op voorhand vermeld zoals: pellets voor de kachel, elektriciteit (airco en verwarming), eindschoonmaak. Persoon voor In/uitchecken was niet echt vriendelijk.

Location d'exception

Nous avons passé un weekend en famille.La vue de la maison est splendide et les chemins de randonnée longeant la côte sont très appréciables. A l'intérieur, tout y est très fonctionnel et bien agencé.Nous avons qu'une seule envie, celle d'y revenir.

A beautiful house with a view.

The location of the house is pretty perfect. From there you can start with a lot of hikes and/or trips with a car to all the beautiful sites off Cote Opal. You also have a very good view from the house, as well over the sea as to the fields and Cap Gris-Nez. The house also has everything that contributes to a comfortable stay.

Quelque soit la direction dans laquelle vous regardez la vue est merveilleuse ! Belles balades au départ de la propriété. La maison est belle, fonctionnelle et telle annoncée.

Villa exceptionnelle

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette villa avec vue imprenable sur les falaises et la mer. Tout était parfait tant dans l'agencement de la maison que dans l'équipement complet. Rien ne manque. Nous conseillons vivement cette location. Mes parents, étant âgés, ont grandement apprécié la suite parentale au RDC. Les enfants se sont régalés avec les promenades le long de la côte et les parties de pétanque sur le terrain juste à côté de la très belle terrasse. La météo était elle aussi avec nous ce qui a encore accentué la beauté de cette endroit. N'hésitez pas si vous voulez découvrir ou redécouvrir le site exceptionnel des deux caps sur la côte d'opale.

Très belle maison avec une vue magnifique sur la mer et les falaises. Maison très bien équipée, rien ne manque. Belle et grande terrasse. Nous reviendrons.

We genoten enkele dagen met ons gezin (volwassen kinderen en hun partners) van dit mooie huis in een prachtige omgeving. Het huis is nieuw en heel smaakvol ingericht. Douches zijn prima. Het uitzicht is simpelweg geweldig: glooiend landschap, de zee en zicht op de Engelse kust. Het wandelpad voor de deur brengt je in een uurtje in Ambleteuse of op Cap Gris Nez. Een aanrader! We willen nu alweer terug naar Cran aux Oeufs voor een partijtje petanque.

Superbe villa avec une magnifique vue sur la mer ! Nous conseillons à tout le monde cette location. N’hésitez pas à la louer. Tout est neuf et beau, c’est vraiment top ! ATTENTION : Le de lit et le linge de bain ne sont pas fournis. Le linge de lit et de bain peuvent être loué pour 10€/personne. Une jolie parenthèse

Nous avons eu le plaisir de nous poser en famille pendant quelques jours au sein de cette spendide maison. La vue est magnifique. L’agencement et l’espace dans la maison sont idéals (1 chambre avec douche et lavabo en bas, idéal pour mes parents plus âgés). Maison très lumineuse, très belle cuisine, belle espace pour manger, grand canapé dans le salon permettant de tous s’y réunir. Très belles chambres à l’étage et salle de bain top. Des espaces de rangement. On a eu de la chance avec le temps et profite du barbecue. La région est tellement belle, propice aux balade, au grand bol d’air! Mention spéciale à Laurane et son mari pour leur accueil. On conserve l’adresse!
