Come stay at the Pirate’s Den in Lake Havasu!

The Pirate's Den features 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. 3 Bedrooms have Queen beds and one bedroom has bunk beds for the kids! The kitchen is fully equipped with all basic utensils, pots & pans, an electric stove, a microwave, a blender, coffee maker, and a separate ice maker that can produce up to 30lbs of ice a day. The large living room has a view of the lake. There is plenty of seating and a 55" 4K UHD Smart television for streaming only (Netflix, Hulu, etc.). Master bedroom also has a 55" 4K UHD Smart television and the kids room with the bunk beds has 27" TV with Roku. Guests have full access to our washer and dryer.

Relax in the backyard, in our sparkling salt water pool. Backyard features an outdoor dining set with 6 chairs. Dining set is under shaded pergola. There are 4 sun lounge chairs to get your tan on! Weber propane BBQ is available for those cookouts by the pool. BBQ tools and propane provided. The Jacuzzi tub is available for fall and winter and early spring. (Empty during the summer months). Pool is not heated.

Our home has three 45 ft. RV/boat pads that have full hookups! (30amp). For safety and security, there are security cameras located around the exterior of the home.

On North side of town. On the lake side of Highway 95. 2.8 miles from Windsor Ramp, minutes from downtown.

Video Surveillance: – The Property has security cameras covering the outside perimeter of the home. They are placed in the front parking area, on either side of the house and facing the back of the property. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guest's expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. The full deposit will be forfeited if any of the above are found. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.
