It comprises a pretty 20 m² living room, an open-plan fitted kitchen, three bedrooms, a shower room and a 20 m² garden. We're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor
- A 20 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- WC between the ground and ground floors

On the first floor
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190), study area and TV
- Bathroom with shower

Second floor
- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160×200), study area and TV
- Bedroom 3: attic bedroom with single bed (90x190)

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, cot, ironing board and iron.

Outside :
- A private enclosed courtyard of 20 m² + terrace with furniture and a pergola to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in Courseulles-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and peaceful setting, close to the beach, the town centre, the tourist office and the port. All the essential shops are nearby, as are boutiques, restaurants (La Crémaillère, takeaway pizzeria, Thai delicatessen), bars, market, Asnelles biscuit factory, etc.
