Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely 97m² apartment is on the 1st floor, accessible by an elevator!

The inviting and stylish living room features an ultra-comfortable sofa and a large television. It opens onto a terrace furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for making the most of sunny days.

The dining area boasts a large table that can accommodate up to six guests, ideal for sharing meals with family and friends. The fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need, from modern appliances to essential cookware, ensuring a hassle-free cooking experience.

On the sleeping side, the first bedroom features a cozy double bed for optimal comfort. The two additional bedrooms each come with a convertible sofa bed that transforms into a double bed, offering flexibility to suit your needs. Upon arrival, you’ll find all beds carefully made with high-quality hotel-grade linens. Ample storage space is also available, allowing you to settle in and feel right at home from the very first moment.

The apartment has air conditioning in the living room and the first bedroom.

The apartment has two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, providing convenience and comfort for all guests. A washing machine and dryer are also available for your convenience.

For your peace of mind, the apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay.

Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit first from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district. Indeed, the 11th arrondissement played a decisive role during the great workers' revolts of the 19th century. Don't miss also the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.

Formerly a working-class district, the XIth arrondissement is now one of the capital's most "trendy" districts, especially on the Place de la Bastille side, with many bars and different atmospheres. The district is also affluent in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille Theatre and the Balajo. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its many bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, and chicer towards Oberkampf. But you can also enjoy the peace of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest metro station, Bastille, is just a 4-minute walk.

Paris-Orly Airport is about a 35-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
