450m from the beach, charming air-conditioned 2-bedroom house (52.45 m²) in a secure residence. It comprises: entrance hall, separate WC, living room with a sofa bed and an open-plan fitted kitchen (dishwasher, multi-function microwave, fridge/freezer, 3-burner induction hob, extractor hood).

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and wardrobe, 1 bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and wardrobe,

shower room with WC. Parking in front of the garage.
Large terrace with electric griddle and outdoor shower.
Sleeps 4, includes a flat-screen TV and washing machine.

450m from the beach and shops of St. Vincent.
FINAL CLEANING INCLUDED.

Best self catering in Le Grau

Very clean, compact accommodation in relatively quiet environment. Amazingly (by French standards) well equipped. Check in is a pain having to go into the village centre to get the keys. Why do bedding, towels,etc not come within the rental? Most annoying.
