Located in a trendy neighborhood minutes from Downtown, Old Town and the Golden 1 Center, you have many dining, shopping and entertainment options within 15 minutes. Sutter Health Park is close by, home of the Sacramento Rivercats baseball team. There is also Drake's: The Barn, an amazing outdoor gathering spot 1.5 miles down the road which has a beer garden, pizzeria, and 3 stages hosting live music shows.  

Also, just across the river is the Crocker Art Museum in the very popular Old Sacramento area which is full of dining and shopping areas!

Our neighborhood is a quiet, residential area. Please respect our neighbors!

Furthermore, please note that our outdoor areas are subject to natural environmental factors, which may attract insects and affect the condition of outdoor furniture. Despite regular maintenance, natural weather conditions can cause unavoidable wear and tear to outdoor elements.

We want to ensure that you have a pleasant and comfortable stay, and we assure you that these minor cosmetic blemishes and natural outdoor occurrences do not affect the functionality or overall experience of our property. We encourage you to focus on the amenities, location, and cleanliness that our home has to offer.

Uber and Lyft offer a quick, easy ride to downtown and the airport if you do not have a car.

Extra Guest Fee- The nightly total includes up to 6 guests only. An extra guest fee of $25 per person, per night applies beyond the 6th guest.
Surveillance We have a Ring security camera above the front door. The device records audio and video 24/7. Decibel monitor- The device doesn't record or transmit conversations or sounds but measures the the overall decibel in the house.
Please take note of the cancelation policy. It is recommended to purchase travel insurance.
