It has 2 large bedrooms, each with its own dressing room that can accommodate up to 6 people.

The living room, on the first floor of the duplex, is air-conditioned and opens onto a 40m2 terrace, without vis-à-vis.

The accommodations are a Duplex on the 3rd floor of a city building.

Bedroom 1 is a large bedroom with a 160cm bed, a dressing table and a large dressing room. It is possible to add a travel cot or a children's bed on request at an additional cost.

Bedroom 2 is composed of a 140cm bed and the sofa bed. It can therefore accommodate 4 people, with a dressing room and a dresser.

The kitchen is fully equipped, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, microwave and Tassimo coffee maker. Crockery is provided.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. There is a washing machine and a dryer.

Bed linen is provided.
Towels are provided.

The toilet is independent, accessible from all rooms and has a washbasin.

The living room, located on the upper floor, has a lounge area and a dining area. The room has a huge bay window of almost 5m fully sliding, opening onto a 40m2 terrace without vis-à-vis with a unique view of the rooftops of Limoux.

You will be 1 minute walk from the city center with restaurants, cafes, shops...

Limoux is famous for its Carnival, which is classified as an Intangible Cultural Heritage.
It is the longest in the world, from January to the end of March you can attend the 3 carnival goers on Saturdays and Sundays (10:30 am - 4:30 pm - 10 pm) and some Fridays, see photo.
