The apartment consists of a large, modern and bright living room with a comfortable living room and a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has a beautiful, bright bedroom with a 140 double bed and a small private balcony not overlooked.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a washing machine, the WC is separate.

Access to accommodation is completely independent thanks to a relay point system, in a tobacco bar opposite Poitiers station. The opening hours of the relay point are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week

For any late arrival after 11 p.m., you will not be able to collect the keys at the relay point. In this case, it is possible that an agent will come to welcome you on site, however an extra charge will be requested, to be given in cash to the person who will welcome you. The apartment has a private and secure parking space in the residence's garage.
