Located not far from Poitiers train station in a quiet and secure residence, this 50mÂČ apartment is ideal for family stays to discover Poitiers and Futuroscope.
The apartment consists of a large, modern and bright living room with a comfortable living room and a fully equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc.). The apartment has a beautiful, bright bedroom with a 140 double bed and a small private balcony not overlooked.
The bathroom is equipped with a large shower and a washing machine, the WC is separate.

Access to accommodation is completely independent thanks to a relay point system, in a tobacco bar opposite Poitiers station. The opening hours of the relay point are from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. - 7 days a week
For any late arrival after 11 p.m., you will not be able to collect the keys at the relay point. In this case, it is possible that an agent will come to welcome you on site, however an extra charge will be requested, to be given in cash to the person who will welcome you. To find out hourly rates, please contact us.
For any contact, we are reachable and responsive by telephone (calls/texts) and via the platform's discussion thread.
The apartment is located in a quiet residence, close to all amenities.
You can find many shops near the accommodation (grocery stores, bakeries, supermarkets, etc.). Poitiers city center is located 10 minutes away on foot.
Poitiers train station is located 500m away. The city center 8 minutes walk. The apartment is located 10 minutes by car from the Futuroscope Park.
The apartment has a private and secure parking space in the residence's garage.
Cleaning is included in the price, please respect the premises :)
All household linen is provided on site (sheets, towels, kitchen towels, bath mats)
Strictly non-smoking accommodation, parties are also prohibited.
