Infinitely rare, you're sure to fall in love with this walk-through APARTMENT on the 1st floor (no elevator).
It comprises an entrance hall, a living room with a flat-screen TV and a sofa bed opening onto a balcony with a sea view of Plage du Bureau!
Its functional kitchen offers everything you need (3 vitro hobs, a hood, an electric oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a fridge with a freezer section...).
The bedroom with its 140cm bed opens onto a 30m² rear terrace, ideal for breakfast or simply a moment of relaxation.
The bathroom is equipped with an electric towel dryer and toilet.
Available at ++++: wifi access, fan, private parking space.

To be paid 1 week before your arrival at the latest:
* A security deposit « Lodging » only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. This bank authorisation will be lifted by us within one month after the end of the rental period. This period may be extended to three months if the restoration requires the intervention of an external company.
* A "Household" security deposit only by bank imprint (no debit) via a secure link from our partner Swikly, variable according to the rental. The premises must be left perfectly clean. If necessary, if all the household chores have not been entirely or correctly carried out, the « Household » security deposit will be retained.
* The tourist tax can be paid by credit card by phone, bank transfer or cheque.
* The optional services.
For calm and relaxing vacation, the agency offers the following services (to be booked and paid in advance) :
* Baby cot : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby chair : 15 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Baby cot + baby chair package : 20 € per stay within the limits of available stock
* Linen (bedding - bath - kitchen): contact us directly
Cleaning service not included in the price of the stay and not proposed by the agency.
