Great place. Walkable to downtown and parks. Nice and quiet unit with safe and secure parking. Was hoping pool was open but it wasn't. No hassles at all and Evan was very nice!

We had an amazing week in Sandpoint staying at this condo. Evan’s communication was 10/10. Check in was a breeze. Using the passcodes for the door worked really well. We chose this condo because of its location and its Boatslip. We brought our week vote from Alberta, the boat slip was right out front of the condo property with brand new docs and very easy access. Our kids are 10 and 12 and just loved the heated pool as well! The condo was exactly as listed. It was very clean and well stocked. The air-conditioning, although it was a bit loud you got used to it and it worked exceptionally well, which was key for our hot week. The bathroom was beautifully, renovated with great water, pressure and nice towels. My kids thought that the pullout couch in the living room was extremely comfortable and had great sleeps. We used the bikes once and they were fully functioning and were a lot of fun to rip around the town in.I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay in Sandpoint to choose this condo! We will be back.

Sandpoint is a great town. Condo was in an excellent location. East walk to town -shops and restaurant. Condo is well furnished and we would highly recommend. Owner is easy to work with and very hospitable.

My wife is very particular about cleanliness and usually spends time cleaning prior to comfortably settling in.... not the case in this unit. The unit is updated and looks great. Evan is very attentive to ensures you settle in and have everything you need for your stay.

Christmas Stay

Condo was clean and comfortable as advertised. It is smaller but the layout makes it seem bigger than it is (bedroom and bathroom are separate from the main living and kitchen.We had a little glitch at check in with the door code but Evan was quick to respond and resolved the issue! He was very nice and accommodating!!

Family adventure

Enjoyed the beauty of Idaho. The lake was nice. The location was perfect and walking distance to many great restaurants and close to the beach. Silver wood amusement park which was the main reason for the trip, was not too far as well.

Gem on Lake Pend Oreille

We were in town for a family weddding. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided. We were able to prepare a nice dish to take to the brunch the day after the wedding. The kitchen is well stocked with utinsils. The neighborhood is very quiet so we enjoyed good nights sleep. It would be a joy to stay here during the summer months, so close to the beautiful lake.

Very clean and accomating unit. Short walk to Lake and downtown. Very quiet and calm. Even better than our high expextations. Owner is a great guy and goes out of his way .Even called a couple of times to see how things were going. MUCH BETTER THAN THE BEST HOTEL.

Super cute spot in a great location

Beautiful spot, fantastic location, great for couples/a small family! Owner was lovely to deal with, property is really well maintained and super cute, and the pools are an excellent bonus. Easy walk into town/City Beach, or a short drive to the beach if you’re packing the many things needed by a toddler for the day. Was the perfect spot for a wonderful long weekend!!

A place remembered

The property is in the best location in Town, right on the water and a short walk to downtown. The unit itself was clean, the kitchen well equipped and the bed very comfortable. The deep pool is location just a few steps from the unit. The property is surprising quite considering the number of units. Everyone was very friendly on and off the site. The host responded quickly to our emails. Based on the property description I thought Kayaks were available for our use and that there was a beach on the property, however that was not the case. There is a place to play basket ball and volley ball, but the balls were not include. There were 2 new cruiser biked, unfortunately we are short and the bikes were made for taller people.
