Christmas week

Windsor Hills is a very nice community and close to groceries and attractions at the area. The house is clean and nice for our family. It had everything we need for our stay. Comfortable beds and fits our family of five. Kitchen is equipped with everything we need to prepare meals. Just a few repairs or upgrade to take note of, two panels of the screen by the pool are broken, the shower curtain rod at the masters bedroom need to be replaced and the lock of the frint door doesn’t appear to be engaging right away. But overall, highly recommended for our stay and will book again for our next trip back.Thank you.

Should be note about pressing button for door alarm to pool, had to call to resolve. The foilage along driveway is wrong plant in wrong place, takes up 12" of driveway space on each side and driveway is narrow. We had no choice but to step on them to get out of vehicle.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This townhouse worked well for our four night stay. The booking and prearrival communication/instructions were easy and clear. This is an end unit and in a quieter section of the resort. The splash pool was heated and patio area fenced for safety. We had plenty of space for our three adults and two kids. We loved having the laundry on second floor too. We were able to make our own meals or easily could order out with precise delivery to our house. The grandchildren loved looking for the hidden Disney references throughout the house. All of our needs were met. Thank you for opening your home to us.

The location cannot be beat, it is close to all the parks, and there is every restaurant and store that you could need within minutes. It is super clean, and decorated so cute! Plenty of space, it would be ideal for families, will definitely stay again should I visit the area another time. So cool to have your own pool! The grounds are beautiful, it was quite, and well kept.

So close to parks! Super clean, comfortable, so much space for our family of 5. Any tiny issue was handled immediately. We have stayed twice and will stay again!

We are 2 adults/3 kids (16,13,11) and we loved all the space and amenities this home provided us. After long days at the parks, my boys loved the pool & the XBox, my teen daughter enjoyed her own cute room, and we loved the spacious master bedroom/bath - comfy bed and a super shower! Great tv's, comfy furniture, cute decor and nice in-unit laundry. We had great experiences with Lyft pick-ups and grocery drop-offs - so easy and reasonable! All rental details were well communicated and our questions were immediately answered - super customer service from the owner and local mgt. We're already looking forward to our next stay and highly recommend it to others!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The townhouse was fantastic, very clean, nicely decorated and well-appointed kitchen (pots, pans, utensils). The location is great, and the resort felt very safe and secure. Be prepared to need everyday things like trash bags, dish soap, tp, etc, as they clearly do not leave leftovers from other guests with these things like most rentals we've had over the years. They give you exactly 2 of everything to get you started, but that is it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After staying on Windsor Hills twice before with Vacation Central Florida, this property did not disappoint. However, we did not like the two CCTV cameras. The camera in the pool area was pointing outside the pool area and NOT at the pool, but was equipped with two way audio. I was granted permission to unplug during my stay. The property location was perfect for the parks, however the traffic on N.old Lake Wilson junction with US-192 has increased tremendously over the years. The property next door and 2 doors up behind, both made lots of noise beyond 11pm on several seems that security do not help with upholding the 11pm rule, you need to call a Sheriff. We did find some unwashed mugs with coffee stains in the cupboard. I felt rushed to leave when the cleaner was sat outside at 09.30 on our leaving day.I will definitely use Vacation Central Florida again, but due to traffic, may stay somewhere else.
