Laketown Wharf new entry requirements for all guests. RFID wristbands is required for all guest stays.
This includes guest wristbands, and parking pass. The wristbands/parking pass fees will be on the reservation. Once you complete your vacation rental stay payment this will include your resort fee. The system will then send an invite to the guest to complete the registration for their Reservation Packet and make the required payment. Guests will pick up their Reservation Packet at the Concierge desk in the lobby upon arrival. Please note: There will be a flat fee on the reservation for 76.00 plus 3.5% processing fee, and state/tourist tax. If your stay is less than 0-3 days, your quote will be adjusted to the correct fee. RESERVATION PACKET PRICING:
$70.00 plus fee and taxes for each Reservation Packet ordered and purchased 0-3 days prior to arrival.
There will be NO REFUNDS for Reservation Packets that are cancelled less than 7 days prior to arrival.

There will be a fee of $100 each to replace lost owner or guest wristbands. Broken owner or guest wristbands may be brought to the Concierge Desk in the lobby for replacement at no charge.
