Brent & Michelle have been hosting since 2019. Hosting all started for us when we had a renter accidentally burn down our rental home in Nebraska. We took a leap of faith with the insurance check, and invested in our first short term rental in Windsor Hills. Michelle has an eye for decor, and she has been sprinkling her pixie dust on as many homes as the bank will allow. We fell in love with hosting, and have expanded Chillax Inn to several of our own homes, along with hosting for investors that purchase the homes from us. Wanna buy a house? 🙂

Why they chose this property
Chillax Inn Pawnall has a free arcade, two themed rooms, and a pool and spa elevated above the rear neighbors. It is right across the street from one of the resort parks, giving you plenty of room for some outdoor fun and games. No carpet in the home except for the stairs.
