The condo is appointed with the following amenities listed below.
-King size bed with luxury memory foam mattress
-Queen sized sofa pull-out bed with memory gel mattress (**suitable for smaller children)
-Kitchenette with full stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer with ice maker; perfect for pizza, snacks, and other light meals!
-Seasonal Gas Fireplace available during cooler months
-Private Balcony overlooking pool
-55" Smart TV in main living area with cable TV (enabled for Netflix, Prime and other smart TV apps using guest's personal account)
-Keurig Coffee Maker

This was a wonderful weekend getaway for my husband and I celebrating our first anniversary. I am 4 months pregnant and had no issues walking from the condo to all the downtown fun! It is very close to everything, but far enough away to not hear all the downtown noise. We were both comfortable and really enjoyed our stay.

The perfect place to stay. I normally stay right behind the Village during the this week each year. This year I put off find a place pickings were slim. This condo turned out to be perfect. Still not too far from downtown. The walk to town was quick and the trolley dropped off nearby. Love the set up. Perfect for a couple and in my case for one person. Everything I needed in lodging for my stay. Definitely will stay again and hope to come back soon with my husband.

Great location

The location of this property is great. A short walk to the villages in Gatlinburg and a short drive to the great Smokey mountain National park and to pigeon forge. We loved the walkability when we wanted it and the ease of getting in an out with the car when that was necessary. Was a great place to stay for me and my daughter.

Quiet and comfortable little condo

We had a fun time in this quiet and comfy condo in Gatlinburg. Easy parking and short walk to downtown area ( some stairs). Easy check in and great communication with the owners. Highly recommend!

Great location, only about a 10min walk to the main downtown strip. We were in town to visit the National Park and this was a great "home base" for us. Very comfy bed as well! We thought we had to print a parking pass which was a bit tricky in downtown Gatlinburg - but there were two passes when we arrived waiting for us in the unit.

Comfortable stay

Very relaxing cozy condo. Slept great! The walk down to the strip was ok but returning is uphill and flight of steps back up to condo was challenging and we are fit! Overall, a very nice place to stay.
