Kudos to the property owner who was quick to respond to my questions, suggestions, and requests beginning even before we committed to renting and continuing through our 4 night stay. This is an older home, with some basic but recent updates, and includes extras like wifi, an outdoor grill, and laundry. House was clean and simply furnished, beds were comfortable, kitchen was stocked with all necessary items for prep, cooking, and serving, and there were more than enough fluffy towels to go around (both bath and beach). 360* wrap around porch would have been perfect for nighttime lounging if it weren’t for the abundance of mosquitos. The master bedroom did not cool as well as the rest of the house but was made bearable by placing a fan in doorway to help circulate the air. Although all bedding was provided, there were no extra blankets so if you like to wrap up while watching TV on the couch, be sure to bring your own. With the promise of a full size refrigerator on its way the week following our stay, we will definitely look to rent this house again in coming summers.
