Great location, Family friendly and good care of the beach and pool. Construction underway for next building can be a bit noise since early morning.Host provided great timely response and smooth communication.I would definitely comeback

Such a pleasure dealing with host. Unit is clean and well equipped, as described. Very comfortable stay. Building is conveniently located. Beach is perfect.

We have stayed at Marenas several times with great experience and this property was no exception. Communication with owner was fantastic too. We love staying here and can’t wait til next time!

super easy

The check-in was a breeze as you basically check-in to the hotel. The condo was very clean and nice. Marenas beach was excellent. The bar staff was awesome. Many restaurants in area. Il Mulino was exceptional. would stay here again.

They place was just perfect.!

I would recommend visiting this place. The location and beach access couldn't be any better. The unit owner Zoya was very easy to deal with and she is very helpful with any questions. The unit itself was very clean. Thank you.! Mark K.

An ok stay

The owner Zoya was very responsive and accommodating. The noise from the construction as well as the elevator was s bit too much, but we managed it. The condo could of have some necessities as salt/pepper and some more pots/pans when you travel with kids. Overall very nice pool/beach area and condo itself. Very friendly staff. Great location.

Gorgeous and fantastic host

The apartment is absolutely fantastic -- bigger than we expected and well-furnished, with a great view of the ocean and city on the balcony. The property itself has a wonderful heated outdoor pool, and you're literally a 20 second walk from the beach. Tons of restaurants nearby too. And Zoya, the host, is incredibly responsive. We got their early and needed some info to check out towels for the pool, and Zoya answered my e-mail in about 20 seconds. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment was exactly as listed, It was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There is construction which is very disruptive they work 12 hours day Mon thru Sat, starting at 7am. We were in the excavation stage so many different dump trucks, rock drilling, beeping all day long. There is a beautiful view from the balcony of the ocean, however you couldn't really enjoy it till after 6-7 PM. The pool is very nice with comfortable chairs and having someone set up beach chairs and umbrellas was great. The staff was great. There were lots of restaurants close by and a Publix within walking distance. The beach was great. The internet worked well and they were lots of towels extra pillows/bedding and no issues with not enough hot water. All the appliances worked well and there is a small kitchen with all the basics, including an electric kettle, coffee maker toaster microwave and stove. There is very minimal amount of pots/pans, no extra stuff like an ice cream scoop or pizza cutter. Lots of wine glasses. Overall we really had a good time and loved the beach It was very easy to get to, You could get drinks,snacks delivered right to you at the pool or beach. There was good communication with the owner.

Happy We Stumbled into It!

Unfamiliar with the area, we stumbled into this one. Happy we did! Marenas Resort is a well run property, and the apartment is most fine: comfortable and conveniently located near the elevators [which operate promptly and efficiently], and quiet. Can’t say we heard the elevators at all. Zoya, the apartment's owner, is very responsive! Yes, as the property description notes, there is a vacant lot next door and there was heavy earth-moving machinery operating, but there was hardly any real noise that reached inside the apartment! I was surprised, and then realized that the floor-to-ceiling glass doors and the windows are made of very thick glass … and they dampen the noise greatly. [Hard to know what things will be like as the construction progresses.] The beach is an easy, quick walk. [And, sure, one could hear the construction while outside, but it didn't interfere with enjoying the water and sand and sun.] The resort staff are thoroughly professional and courteous. Valet service quick. There are terrific [although a bit pricey] restaurants an easy walk away---and groceries and a CVS. My one ding is that Collins Avenue is very busy. I felt I little intimidated walking along it, although the sidewalks are fine and there are crosswalks and the lights and signals are well-designed. I grew accustomed. Driving to/from Miami was a bit slow-going, but certainly manageable. In sum: A fine and relaxing time in a tidy gem of a place.

Everything was great except the construction. Couldn't go out on balcony due to dust and cement residues in the air. I realize construction was told in advanced, but I had no idea is was our view and our 7am wake call when drilling began. The apartment and staff was excellent. Just a new building is being built directly in front of view. The host was very pleasant and kept in touch constantly. Overall, I enjoyed.

Girls Getaway

My daughter and I had a lively time during a quick Girls Getaway. The unit was clean, nicely decorated and in a great spot in the resort. Even while it is close to the elevators we had no problems with excessive noise. The staff at Marenas is wonderful! From check in to dining suggestions to bar and restaurant service EVERYONE was helpful, kind and attentive. The beach is easy access with chairs and towels set up by staff for you. I’m unsure if umbrellas are available also because the weather made them unable to use if they were available. We did not have a car but Uber made transport for anything very accessible. The owner was wonderful to deal with and quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here and book through this owner again!
