Lakeside paradise

We spent a week in the property as a family. We couldn’t have asked for more, from the guy showing us around on arrival to the house itself. Clean, well equipped and with the most amazing views over the lake. Would definitely return and recommend.

A lovely house right on the lake

We enjoyed our stay at the house very much. The view is spectacular, the walking lovely, the sunsets incredible and the house itself is very well-appointed. Thomas, who greeted us, was really friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Wonderful house. Great Amenities and the Views are spectacular. Host was pleasant and responsive. Had a wonderful time in Chiemsee. Paddleboarded on the lake, Golfed at the the course and ate at and wonderful restaurant just up the street. Loved our time their. Great House and Host!

Fabulous lakeside location

I cannot rate this property highly enough. An incredibly comfortable house directly opposite Chiemsee Lake which was perfect for swimming and paddle boarding. There are also cafes and bars within close walking distance. In addition to the local attractions of the lake, mountains and islands, it is conveniently situated for visiting Munich and Salzburg, and within ease reach of the Eagles Nest. It was amazing to be able to wake, stroll across the road and have a morning swim before breakfast. Also a highlight was watching the glorious sunsets whilst drinking beer in the local bar. One of our best family holidays ever. We spent an enjoyable week with our two teenage children.

Wir haben uns in diesem Ferienhaus vom ersten Moment an unglaublich wohlgefühlt. Alles ist sehr liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Besonders die Küche hat uns begeistert, da sie so gut ausgestattet ist, dass man fast wie zuhause kochen kann.Das ganze Haus war blitzsauber und gepflegt, und der Blick auf den Chiemsee ist einfach ein Traum – da beginnt der Urlaub schon beim Frühstück. Die Straße vor dem Haus hat uns überhaupt nicht gestört, nachts ist es herrlich ruhig und man schläft wunderbar.Auch die Lage ist ideal: die Infrastruktur rundherum ist hervorragend, man erreicht alles bequem und schnell. Die Übergabe bei An- und Abreise lief völlig unkompliziert, und der Verwalter war ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier und würden jederzeit sehr gerne wiederkommen.

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön fast direkt am See, nur eine Strasse trennt es davon. Naturgemäß kann es wegen der Strasse etwas lauter werden, wenn viel Verkehr ist. Die Fenster sind allerdings so gut, dass Geräusche zu 100% draussen lassen. Das Haus selbst ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit einer außergewöhnlichen Ausstattung für ein Ferienhaus (bspw. mit kompletter Golf-Ausrüstung, SUP u.v.m.). Insbesondere die Küche hat alles was man braucht und viel Porzellan. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ein super tolles Haus in super Lage am Chiemsee. Sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man benötigt. In unmittelbarer Nähe von Restaurants, Bademöglichkeiten, Supermarkt in 5 Minuten erreichbar.

Tolle Lage, tolles Haus

Schönes Haus, direkt am See. Die Straße wird leider recht viel befahren. Mit dem Verkehr sollte man zurecht kommen. Alles sauber und gemütlich.

Traumurlaub am Chiemsee

Das Haus ist wunderschön am Ortseingang Chieming mit direktem Blick auf den See gelegen. See sowie Badestrand sind mit ein paar Schritten erreichbar, was unglaublich praktisch ist. Das Haus ist schön und passend eingerichtet (Landhaus). Ganz toll, dass unglaublich viel im Hausstand vorhanden ist (Zubehör sowie Gewürze, Waschmittel, Reiniger, etc.) und man eigentlich nichts mitbringen muss (was wir getan hatten…). Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt und wurden vom Verwalter sowie Vermieter bestens betreut /empfangen/informiert.

Unser Aufenthalt am Chiemsee

Unsere Gruppe, sechs Freundinnen, hat sich in dem Haus am Chiemsee sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alle Gerätschaften sind in Ordnung, die Aussicht ist einfach umwerfend, die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern ein und dazu Ausflüge zu machen. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die recht befahrene Straße direkt unterhalb des Grundstückes, die wir aber zu dieser Jahreszeit dank der schalldichten Fenster kaum als störend empfanden.

Wunderbar

Die Lage war perfekt. 20 m bis zum Strand Das Haus ist richtig gut ausgestattet. Nicht nur genug Platz (bis zu 8personen) Sondern es verfügt auch über alles was man benötigt (Waschmaschine Trockner. Kaffeemaschine spühlmadchone etc) weit hinaus. In der Garage sind 2 SUP die man nutzen kann. Grills Feuerschale alles da. Ich muss sagen von allen gebuchten Häusern ob in Spanien. Dänemark oder Deutschland. Übertraf dieses alle Erwartungen und alles bis her Dagewesene. Vielen Dank an den Vermieter und den Verwalter. Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Everyone who has grown up in the Chiemgau will always have a special attachment to the Chiemsee and the neighbouring mountains. This special attachment can be experienced here perfectly. You will have the feeling that the lake and mountains only exist to be contemplated from this place.

What makes this property unique

No matter the season, no matter the weather - the Chiemsee and the neighbouring foothills of the Alps always offer spectacular views from all the living- and dining rooms. At times, the sunsets are particularly ravishing.
In front of the kitchen window that looks upon the Wilder Kaiser towards Tyrol, there is a meadow where the occasional cow passes by, looking for shade. The property is really quite special - isolated yet with an excellent connection to the nearby towns.
