Villa Amaya is a single-storey house, Landes style, tastefully decorated and wonderfully well located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the town center of Moulleau.

It has 2 bedrooms, one with cupboards and 160 cm bed, the other with cupboard, 140 cm bed and adjoining bathroom.

The bathroom is independent and is equipped with a walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a towel dryer.
The toilets are independent.

The truly cozy lounge area has a flat-screen TV and 2 sofas, one of which is convertible. It is therefore possible to sleep up to 6 people.
A dining area allows you to accommodate up to 8 people.

The kitchen, very functional and very pleasant, is fully equipped (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, food processors).
A washing machine and dryer are available in the laundry room.

This villa offers you perfect comfort since it is equipped with air conditioning and wifi access.

On the outside, to enter your vehicle in a secure area, you will benefit from an electric gate.
On the other side, a pretty furnished terrace (garden furniture, table and plancha) will allow you to share meals, aperitifs and other moments with family or friends.
There is also a small swimming pool (2.5 x 2.5), ideal for cooling off after a day at the beach or on a boat.
A small corner of grass with deckchairs will encourage you to spend long moments of relaxation...
On the left side of the house, next to the main entrance, you can clean your beach, diving or surfing equipment using a dedicated sink.
