Our stay was lovely in decor and cleanliness. The location was excellent, complete with assigned parking space. The historic district was quiet and convenient, walking distance for eateries,and seeing lovely homes. We enjoyed the various books on Charleston, that were located in this VRBO. Including the guide book which had lots of suggestions of restaurants, historic places to visit, and maintenance details. We would definitely come here again for another visit to Charleston. Our weather was cooler with very little humidity,”not the norm“ they said, for this time of year. It was a beautiful getaway from our Arizona heat.

The suite was exactly as pictured and advertised; check-in was seamless with the provided door code. We had an issue with the water heater and received immediate, in-person service to fix the issue (we had hot water again within an hour!). Everything was very clean - the bathroom was spotless and the included toiletries were generous enough for several uses. The suite is walking distance to restaurants and groceries, and we enjoyed strolling the neighborhood. We would stay again!

Very well appointed apartment within walking distance to King Street. We found lots of great eateries and cute bars right in the immediate neighborhood also. Would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this spacious and well-appointed apartment. While the unit is stocked with all the essentials, keep in mind that supplies/plates/bowls/silverware etc are provided in limited quantities. Also, note that while the location is great, we found having bicycles essential for our daily trips into the historic district.

The property was clean and quiet. Just a note there is a set of stairs leading from the entrance to the main floor to be aware of if you have suitcases. Also the alley Oliver Ct leading from Rutledge Ave to parking is very narrow. The parking is a tight squeeze as well. Overall the unit was how it was described and quiet.

Easy booking. Host is responsive and helpful with changes. The apartment is very comfortable, well maintained, and tastefully furnished and decorated.
