Access to the cottage via the carriage entrance and crossing the garden which is shared with the owners. On the ground floor: entrance with living room and dining area. Equipped kitchen with access to the terrace, shower room and separate toilet.
Upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 90x200 beds, 1 bedroom with 1 140x190 bed and a lounge area.
Wifi, baby equipment.
Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included.
Outside: enclosed garden of 1100mÂČ to share with the owners, covered terrace with space near the Charente at the end of the garden.
Closed garage for motorcycles/bicycles on site. Flow VĂ©lo, swimming pool and swimming in the immediate vicinity. Public parking on site.
One-night stay accepted. Country house adjoining the owners' house and other homes. This cottage without vis-Ă -vis is well located to quickly access the places of visits, the vineyard and the Bain des Dames area (swimming, canoeing, games, picnic area, etc.). Ideal address for a stopover on the Flow VĂ©lo.
The price includes: Rental, sheets, towels, charges and end-of-stay cleaning.
