Little Red Riding Hood - our holiday home on the outskirts of Berlin

The exclusively equipped holiday home can accommodate 6 + 2 persons. The house stands on a 2000m² large property with mature trees.
In addition to a heat cabin in the former wash house, it has a separate barbecue house and a conservatory, as well as a carport and a garden shed.
Directly in front of the property there is a bus stop, so that is fast with public transport in Berlin.
On the ground floor is the fully equipped kitchen, a shower room, the dining room, a study, the conservatory, and a living room and another room with a sofa bed.
On the first floor is the bathroom with bath, as well as the master bedroom with an additional sofa bed and the nursery.

Great neighborhood

The house was very spacious and very accommodating. We spent a lot of time outside under the awning on the wood deck. The house is right on a bus route and easy to get anywhere in Berlin. No need for a car. Bus ran every 20 minutes. Only 15 minutes on the bus to the S-Bahn. At one time the landscaping was beautiful with rose gardens and a pond. No it is all over grown and the pond was stagnant with mosquitos. Would I stay there again? Yes

Good location in Kleinmachnow

Nice home for a stay in Kleinmachnow. Home has items needed to make small meals and breakfast etc. laundry in cellar is handy. There was a lot of cameras on the garden and in the cellar. Felt somewhat uncomfortable. But the main living areas did not have cameras that we noticed. Everyone slept well and rooms were big enough. Bus stop is directly across the street. Can walk to Rathaus , pizza, ice cream, and shops easily. Could not open bbq and game room but didn’t ask any further clarifications as we didn’t have much time anyway.

Tolles Haus mit grosser Garten an ruhiger Lage. Sehr gut eingerichtet, erwähnenswert ist sicher auch die Küche, mit Induktionskochfeld und verschiedenen Gerätschaften. Unser Highlight war aber das Grillhaus. Es machte Spass mit Freunden um den Grill zu sitzen, eine Köstlichkeit darauf zu legen und ein Glas Wein zu geniessen. Bushaltestelle unmittelbar beim Haus, mit guter Verbindung zur S/U-Bahn.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Ein wunderschönes Grundstück mit Kiefern und schönem Garten, und ein gemütlich eingerichtetes Haus mit allem, was man sich wünscht.

Wundervolles Haus - Garten leider enttäuschend

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt mit zwei Erwachsenen und drei Kindern (2, 5 und 11). Am Anreisetag konnten wir bereits früher in das Haus, da wir uns mit der Anreisezeit vertan hatten. Das Ferienhaus war sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts. Die Betten waren teilweise bezogen, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Für die Kinder gab es Spielzeug, Bücher und Zeitungen. Einziger Nachteil im großen Schlafzimmer waren die fehlenden Jalousien an den Dachfenstern. So war es sehr hell am Abend, dass unser jüngster Sohn nur schwer einschlafen konnte. Wer öfter reist kennt solche Problematiken aber und weiß sich auszuhelfen ;-) Einzig der Garten war enttäuschend. Den Bildern entspricht er leider gar nicht mehr. Der Garten wird nicht bewässert oder gepflegt. Das führt dazu, dass der Rasen kaum vorhanden und sehr ausgetrocknet ist. Außerdem gib es enorm viele Ameisen auf dem gesamten Grundstück. Die Kinder konnten sich weder auf den Rasen noch auf die Wege setzen, ohne direkt am ganzen Körper Ameisen zu haben. Somit konnten wir den Garten leider überhaupt nicht nutzen. Hätten wir das gewusst, hätten wir uns wohl für ein anderes Objekt entschieden. Auch das Gartenhaus und die Wärmekabine waren sehr staubig und teilweise war das Mobiliar und das Spielzeug dort kaputt. Im Großen und Ganzen geben wir dem Haus 3,5 Sterne, auch weil die Vermieter sehr uneinsichtig waren (auf unseren Hinweis wurde uns nur gesagt, dass die Gartenpflege zu teuer sei).

Eine sehr geütliche Wohnung die in einem ruhigen Stadtteil liegt in unmittelbahrer nahe vom Brotladen, Gemüseladen, Supermarkt un Bus-haltestelle. Das Haus ist sehr geraumig und gemütlich. Es hat eine komplette Ausstattung.

Einfach nur traumhaft

Dieses Haus ist so liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichtet, man kann sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Ich habe noch nie ein schöneres Ferienhaus erlebt, vor allem mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, vom Grill, zum Liegestühl oder Hollywoodschaukel, Wärmekabine, über Kuschelcouch mit Kuscheldecken bis hin zur sehr gut eingerichteten Küche. Die Bäder sind top gepflegt und alles sehr neu und nicht abgenutzt. Der Hof bietet genug Platz zum Parken und es sind keine 5 Minuten zum Supermarkt, Bäcker oder kleine Einzelhandelläden. Auch die Nachbarschaft ist sehr angenehm und herzlich. Die Bushaltestelle liegt quasi vor der Tür und man ist schnell in Berlin oder Potsdam. Auch die Gegend ist sehr schön für Spaziergänge. Die Eigentümer sind sehr bemüht um das Wohlergehen der Gäste. Es war ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Vielen lieben Dank!
