This beautiful and comfortable North Scottsdale home is perfectly situated for families or friends vacationing together. This 2400sf, 5 bed/2 bath home has separate sleeping arrangements with a shared living, dining, kitchen, game room area and large, comfortable outdoor space.

We prepared this home with multiple families vacationing together in mind. Thoughtfully we tried to provide every amenity we think you could need for a vacation of ease, convenience and comfort.

We are located in a nice north Scottsdale neighborhood close to all big outdoor shopping, dining locales, numerous golf courses, hiking, museums and family friendly activities. We love sharing our local expertise to ensure you have a great vacation!

A Master Bedroom with a smart TV, en suite bathroom, jetted soaking tub, separate walk in shower and second bedroom with two full beds are on one side of the home. A Second Master Bedroom with its own smart TV, two queen bedrooms and another full bathroom with walk in shower are on the other side of the home.

Our home has fabulous space and is fully equipped for guest comfort. We offer a complimentary heated pool. Our pool is heated to comfortable 85 degrees in the winter. Improper use of the pool cover and/or abnormally cold temperatures can impact the overall temperature of the water.

The sleeping arrangements are separated by spacious shared game room, living, dining and kitchen areas. The fun F.R.I.E.N.D.S theme game room complete with a large screen smart TV, foosball and arcade console with hundreds of games is awaiting your competitive, playful side.

The shared, open-concept space has a fully equipped and well stocked kitchen, coffee bar with complimentary necessities, a comfortable living area and large screen, Smart TV, convertible work table with electrical and USB compatibility and dining table or bar seating options.

Enjoy AZ’s 300+ days of sunshine a year with a large covered verandah and outdoor smart tv, gazebo, heated pool, yard with play space and ample seating, lounging areas. We tried to include every amenity we could think of for you to take advantage of Arizonas outdoor living lifestyle and play, eat, drink, lounge to your hearts content…

If you have to leave the house, everything Scottsdale and surrounding areas has to offer is at your fingertips. Keirland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter shopping and dining locales are 5 minutes away, countless scenic golf courses are minutes away. Peoria Sports Complex spring training location is just 24 minutes away and so much more. We love our Arizona state and enjoy sharing all this area has to offer. A great house for our little family and the pool was a hit with the kids (I appreciated that it was heated!!). Charity was a wonderful host, and the place is a great set up for a family with so many amenities. Great location for all of the activities we had planned.. We cant wait to come back!

Beautiful Winter Escape

We planned this mid-January trip to get away from winter in MN and UT. It was a perfect place to stay! And the warm weather was just what we needed. :) The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were incredibly comfortable and Tami was an amazingly responsive contact. She helped us with everything from restaurant recommendations, to travel questions...and even offered to come over when we couldn't get the grill started. We felt pampered in this modern, beautifully decorated house! All five of us (girls' trip) hope to come back!!!

Outstanding! Above and beyond our expectations!

My family and I have stayed in many vacation rentals across the globe and top to bottom this is the nicest property and experience we have had. We stayed over the holidays and the effort the property manager went to make this special with holiday decorations was unbelievable. Not just decorations but a full Christmas tree! They welcomed us with cheese, crackers, bottle of wine and a full stocked coffee bar along with treats. The pictures matched the facilities 100%...its really that nice of a property. The location was also outstanding, near multiple new shopping and entertainment districts but also not far for nature preserves where we mountain biked in Dec! Just book this...you won't be disappointed...and special thanks again to the property manager who was very helpful with anything we needed throughout the stay.

Absolutely perfect!!!!!

Our stay was absolutely perfect all the way around. The house was spotless and every detail was thought about. The home has plenty of room for everyone to spread out and lots of room for kids to play. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We loved the large master suite and Joey and chandler room for the kids. The backyard is breathtaking! The outdoor loungers, fire table and sofa tv area got a lot is use from our family. The pool was the highlight of the trip and was very clean and we appreciated the heated water. The kids loved the playhouse, kids lounger and pool toys! Tami was an amazingly thoughtful host! She checked in with us upon arrival and even left a card and pie in the fridge because she heard we were traveling for my dads retirement. All around we couldn’t be more pleased and are already looking at dates to book again!

Why they chose this property

This location in Scottsdale is awesome and right near everything we want to be able to do. It's close enough to shop, go out to eat, order in etc, while still feeling quiet and not in the heart of a noisy downtown. It's safe, peaceful and easy to get away and see other parts of Arizona easily from here.

What makes this property unique

We really liked how the house is laid out with sleeping areas separated by common areas. Two families can be here at the same time and not be on top of each other. Space is laid out well and there's room to be alone or together.
