Our chalet in Alvaneu, GraubĂŒnden is a holiday domicile for demanding guests! It is located between Davos and Lenzerheide, each 15-20 min. by car or bus.
Arrive and feel at home! Start your holiday directly in one of the world famous ski regions around us! Alvaneu itself has a ski lift, a sledding hill, slopes, an ice skate line and a lot of charming winter hiking paths. Just be enchanted by the unique view from above, from our nice sun terrace down to the picturesque city with a small chapel on the soft hill and the fascinating mountain world of the 3000m mountains.
Then enter and enjoy our spacious, light-flooded and wonderfully equipped rooms and feel at home. Dive into our warm sauna area after a tiring mountain tour and have a hot tea or mulled wine!
More life quality is the magic word here!

Highlights: The therapeutic effect of the high mountain climate is important for treating a lot of illnesses. Thus, it is good for those with asthma and bronchitis, for people with allergies, circulation problems and skin problems, there will be a significant reduction in the symptoms and thus, an improvement of their health.

Very complete, well equiped house, spacious en located on top of the village. We had a very pleasant stay of a week there in the summer. Relevant details such as: own garage for our car, 2 living rooms of which one was a TV-room, private sauna, etc. The village is quiet and peaceful but there are several to-do things in the area. Worth to come back!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung Conzen. Insbesondere die Sauberkeit, die gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin sowie die Familienfreundlichkeit haben wir sehr geschĂ€tzt. Die RĂ€umlichkeiten sind großzĂŒgig und die Aussicht von der Sonnenterrasse wirklich schön mit Blick auf den Wasserfall. Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal da. Die Lage ist sensationell, fĂŒr Skitouren toll. Das Haus selber ist zwar schon ein bisschen Ă€lter und 2 Betten recht kurz, aber dafĂŒr ist das Wohnzimmer sehr gerĂ€umig und die Terrasse ein Traum. Nicht zu vergessen die angenehme Sauna!Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Toller Aufenthalt fĂŒr Familien mit Kindern

Als Gruppe mit Familien und kleinen Kindern haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und wir fĂŒhlten uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl.Alles war sehr ordentlich und sauber, die Treppe konnten wir fĂŒr die kleinen Kinder mit dem vorhandenen Gitter sichern und die zwei gerĂ€umigen Wohnzimmer waren ideal zum spielen fĂŒr die Kinder oder fĂŒr entspannte Unterhaltungen fĂŒr die Erwachsenen.Wir vermissen die Sauna und auch das tolle Berpanorama von der Terrasse schon jetzt und können hoffentlich im nĂ€chsten Jahr wieder unsere Ferien in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbringen.Herzlichen Dank an dieser Stelle nochmals fĂŒr alles! ut suchern.

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Wir waren mit 8 Personen (4 Erwachsene und drei Kinder 9/7/4 und ein Kleinkind 7 Wochen) im Haus. Das Haus bietet viel Platz und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch vielem mehr. Die Lage ist weg vom ganzen Trubel und man geniesst eine perfekte Aussicht auf die Berge und das Tal. Die Besonnung (selbst Ende Dezember) ist perfekt. Sehr ruhige Umgebung da kein Durchgangsverkehr (das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse). Das nÀchste, grössere Skigebiet ist Davos Rinerhorn und innert ca. 20 Minuten (Auto) erreichbar. Bei Schnee ist die Zufahrt sicher nur mit Ketten oder 4x4 Fahrzeug machbar. Uns allen hat der Aufenthalt im Chalet Conzen sehr gut gefallen. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Das Haus ist hoch am Hang und bietet einen tollen Blick ĂŒber die umliegenden Berge. Wir machen gern Langlauf und mussten somit zu den Loipen 15 bzw. 20min mit dem Auto fahren. Das ist aber kein Problem, denn dafĂŒr ist man ansonten weit weg vom Trubel. Das Haus ist sehr rustikal eingerichtet und wir hatten echt viel Spass. Der Kontakt mit der EIgentĂŒmerin war perfekt. Herrliche Weihnachtswoche zu acht

Wir verbrachten eine herrliche Weihnachtswoche im Chalet Conzen im sonnigen Alvaneu. Das Haus liegt ganz oben, hoch ĂŒber dem Dorf und bietet eine wunderschöne Aussicht ins Tal und die Berge. AnfĂ€nglich zu viert und die letzten Tage zu acht bietet das Chalet viel Platz. Es ist sehr gut eingerichtet und wir fĂŒhlten uns von Anfang an wohl. Obwohl Davos, Lenzerheide, Savognin und BergĂŒn in jeweils 20-30 Minuten erreichbar sind, liessen wir die Skier in der Garage und erkundeten die nĂ€here Umgebung. Wir machten Winterwanderungen, Schlittschuhlaufen (skateline.ch) oder gingen ins Thermalbad in Bad Alvaneu. FĂŒr meine Schwiegereltern (85+79) vielleicht nicht ganz ideal da das Haus ganz oben war und die Strasse etwas vereist. Mit dem Wagen jedoch problemlos erreichbar. Nicht zu vergessen, die Sauna welche wir nach einem kalten Wintertag genossen. Das Highlight des Hauses: bei schönem Wetter Sonnenschein von 10.00 - 16.00 Uhr, dies ist im Dezember in den Bergen alles andere als selbstverstĂ€ndlich. Die Reservation bei Frau C. sowie die Übernahme bzw. Abgabe des Hauses verlief sehr effizient und problemlos. Herzlichen Dank!

Haus mit Aussicht in guter Lage

Schön gelegene Unterkunft, mit einem unermesslichen Vorrat an Geschirr, GlĂ€sern, Besteck und Töpfen. Die Skigebiete Lenzerheide und Davos sind gut zu erreichen. Vielen Dank fĂŒr den schönen Aufenthalt in diesem gemĂŒtlichen Haus, in dem man sich gleich sehr wohl fĂŒhlt! Vielleicht sollte man erwĂ€hnen, dass zwei von den 8 Schlafmöglichkeiten ein Stockbett mit nur 190 cm LĂ€nge ist.

Wir genossen wunderschöne, sonnige Februartage in Alvaneu. BegrĂŒsst wurden wir von einem prĂ€chtigen Hirschen oberhalb des Hauses. Das schmucke Dörfchen mit der Kapelle lĂ€dt zu gemĂŒtlichen SpaziergĂ€ngen ein. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet, es fehlt nur WLAN, diese ist zu langsam und somit nicht zu gebrauchen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Skigebiete einfach herrlich. Familie Ziegler aus Horgen

Weihnachtsferien

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus mit herrlichem Blick ĂŒber das Dorf und ins Tal. Auch die Sauna und den Kamin haben wir sehr genossen. Die BettwĂ€sche könnte man mal erneuern, waren sehr alt und eingegangen sodass wir sie regelrecht ĂŒber die Matratze zwingen musste. Das W-Lan war leider sehr schwach, wir haben den Mobilfunk genutzt, das kann aber wenn aus dem Ausland ist dann doch recht teuer werden wenn man darauf angewiesen ist. Leider hatten wir keinen Schnee, haben es aber in dem gemĂŒtlich eingerichteten Haus trotzdem sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Auch die Verwalterin war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
