The house summer country lies in the development area Wittendün in the district and village was completed in March 2015. The Rehabilitation Clinic North Friesland and the West Coast Park are within walking distance. Here you can take the local bus with the tourist card for free to the beach or to St. Peter bathroom. It is about a 10 minute walk to the train station and the shops next door.

The house is about 165 m2 of living space and has a modern, high quality and cozy furnishings.

The ground floor is the spacious living is u. Dining area with a fireplace and an open island kitchen.

A guest bathroom with walk-in shower and heated towel rail is on the ground floor.

3 bedrooms (2 x double and 1 x 2 single beds) and 1 bathroom with a walk rainfall shower and Jacuzzi are in the attic.

One bedroom with 2 single beds and a TV is located in the loft.

The house is supplied with a ground source heat pump and underfloor heating (except the loft).

It is a controlled ventilation system available.

The large terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a beach chair and a barbecue.

The garden has a garden house and a barrel sauna.

Free WiFi.

In the house a travel cot and a highchair are available.

Sheets and towels are not included but can be booked (linen 12, - € / person, towel set € 6.50 / person).

Except in the off-season the minimum stay is 7 nights.

In the short term on request a shorter stay is possible.
