Nice place, although not the cleanest. Weird smell once you walk in. Also, the sofa bed is terrible. After the first night, we chose not to use it. With that said, it is a good location

Good value, great neighborhood, safe, close to the beach / Boardwalk

Place is as advertised, clean, and great parking. Adequate utensils and dishes. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Not competing with the Ritz Carlton, but you are not paying Ritz-Carlton prices.

Overall good value

Pluses: Everything looked as pictured when we arrived. Owner communicated well and questions were answered promptly. Having towels and linens provided was nice but it would be great to have hooks or somewhere to hang damp clothes and wet towels. Plenty of utensils and plateware provided. Bring your own paper towels and napkins. Minuses: Updating the sleeping surfaces would be the one thing that would have made our stay about perfect. Mattress in BR is not comfortable and the sleeper sofa will not lay flat. Overall good value for money.
