Its multiple retail stores, restaurants, parks and venues to explore nearby.

No smoking is allowed in the STUDIO however its a couple of different shared seating areas that you can access and smoke.

No SMOKING in the UNIT at all and NO PETS!! I'm extremely allergic to animals!!!!

Conveniently located about a block from the Toyota Center, made it going to our concert so much easier than driving or Uber. Everything we needed was provided and it was fairly quiet. Great experience overall.

Great little studio apartment

The apartment itself was charming. The kitchen lacked a couple of things (no sharp knives or coffee mugs), but overall served its purpose. The apartment building itself is very old and the common areas are a bit shabby; but the location and proximity to the stadiums and Marriott conference center were fantastic. I did have to reach out to the manager to get our check in info timely, but our host was quick to respond to any concerns we had. If we ever need to come back to Houston for business, we'll be sure to use this one again.

Pretty Standard Stay

My stay was good but I will say the layout of this flat is a little unusual, the courtyards were nice/lush in green plants, but you had to pay for street parking. If there was one thing I'd add? it could use an extra fan to have around in the summertime heat

Noise!

The apartment itself is okay. However, the bedroom window sits immediately adjacent to what is apparently the gathering place for the entire complex, and it does not block any sound at all. We had partiers the first night until 2 AM who might as well been in the room with us - a loud and interminable argument the second night, etc.
