The Conch Inn is a Custom Built, well appointed and furnished house with three bedrooms, three bathrooms and bonus loft. The beach house is located in the upscale Morgantown beach community. You will enjoy strict architectural controls, buried utilities, two swimming pools, two lighted tennis courts, and a gorgeous beach. Be prepared to relax!!

The Conch Inn has two king master suites, one queen bedroom, and two twin beds in the loft. The home is located directly in front of the West end boardwalk and Morgantown community beach. You have an unobstructed view of the beach and ocean and the beach boardwalk is just 40 feet away.

The large and spacious great room has all leather furniture in the den and the fully equipped kitchen has seated dining for 8. There are four TVs, CD/DVD player, high speed wireless internet access, satellite TV, a washer & dryer and a charcoal barbeque grill.

For golfers in the group, the world famous Kiva Dunes Golf Club is less than a mile away. Just down the street is home to 27 perfectly manicured holes at the Peninsula Golf Club. Both resorts are truly world class.

The property was a custom home built and features many fine amenities. It has very fine furnishings and is extremely clean and well kept. The location is excellent and does not have high rise condos, traffic congestion or crowded beaches, although Gulf Shores is only a short drive away. This property will make your vacation memorable for a lifetime.

We will return!

Our family has stayed in other homes in this neighborhood previously. This home is head and shoulders above the rest for several reasons.

First, the location is perfect. You are steps from the beach access for this street. Ads for other rentals aren't necessarily forthcoming in terms of how far of a walk that it is to the beach. In prior years, I've had to bring our golf cart to get our small children to the beach. There's no need for that with this unit.

Secondly, the home is equipped with just about anything that you could need. I'm an ex-Boy Scout and chronic over-packer. I typically bring some of my own chef's knives, spices, beach gear, etc. This home already had everything. I could have packed half of what I did.

Third, this home is very well kept. In other units, loose deck nails have been a hazard for children. I've seen insect problems, property drainage issues, etc. This home is in tip-top shape, as if the owners were full -time residents. The decor is very tasteful and thought out. It's not like a management company unit where it looks like someone went to a dollar store and bought up anything that has a beach theme.

Also, the owners are very prompt and professional in regards to communication. Dealing with them couldn't have been easier.

If this unit is available for future vacations, it will be the first one we attempt to book for the foreseeable future.

Outstanding Vacation Value

This was our first Gulf stay in something other than a condo, and apprehensive if it would be as nice as the condos on the beaches. As a result of the great experience, we won't go back to the condos! Everything, from the spaciousness and clean, comfortable rooms, to the closeness to the beach, contributed to our great stay. The kitchen had everything we needed. Thanks for a great vacation.

The house and location were amazing! I would highly recommend this house to anyone going to the beach. Located right across from the boardwalk with excellent ocean views. We will be back next year.

Beautiful view, clean house all the amenities

The Conch Inn met the needs of our family ranging from grandparents, preteens and toddler. Both pools were just a short walk. The beach was close and easily accessible. The view was breathtaking from the porch. House was well stocked. To our suprise even had beach chairs,beach towels and sand toys. Kay was easy to work with and responded quickly to questions. The neighborhood was charming right down to the ice cream truck that came through daily. Would definatley rent again.

Great family place!

The house was what was described. Really nice for our family. It was perfect for us to have family time. Near airport in Pensacola. Great location. Kids had a blast. Need to repair railing on bottom deck. We were not able to use the top deck. 😩򚐠It needed repair. Spacious and decorated really cute.
