Das Objekt war sehr sauber und die Lage ist wirklich super. Man ist in kürzester Zeit am Strand. Auch toll, dass es zwei Kühlschränke inkl. Kühlfach hat. Einzige Negativpunkte sind die Klimaanlage, welche zwar die Luft bewegt aber nicht kühlt. Und die Villa gleich gegenüber, in welcher öfters um 2 Uhr morgens laute Parties stattfinden.

Tolle Unterkunft mit wenigen Abstrichen

Das Objekt war sauber und wir haben es so vorgefunden wie im Inserat beschrieben. Die Lage ist perfekt und man ist in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Toll hat es zwei Kühlschränke. Einzige Abstriche gibt es für die Klimaanlage, welche zwar die Luft bewegt hat, aber nicht wirklich gekühlt hat. Ausserdem hat es direkt oberhalb des Objekts eine Villa, on welcher öfters Nachts zwische 2 und 3 Uhr laute Parties stattfanden…

A couple of minutes walk to the sea, Sandy beach and great beach bars/restaurants. 20 minute walk into St Maxime with loads of good shops and restaurants. Accommodation was average, but clean and serviceable and inexpensive for the South of France. The Interhome staff were unhelpful and certainly did not go above and beyond to help us have a great stay.

Au calme et bien situé

Les + : Logement bien équipé, propre. Belle terrasse avec store. Proche de la plage. Résidence sécurisée avec belle piscine. Les - : Une trentaine de marche pour accéder au logement. La VMC de l'immeuble est située au dessus de la chambre, le bruit est assez dérangeant la nuit. Lit moyennement confortable.

Proche de tous les commerçants du bord de mer et du centre de Sainte Maxime. Accès un peu difficile par un escalier. Chaud car sous le toit mais heureusement il y a une bonne climatisation. Lit de 140 pas très large, matelas un peu usagé.

Ruhig gelegen, gute Wohnanlage

Ruhig direkt am botanischen Garten gelegen, keine Autostraße am Haus. Man parkt etwa 40 m entfernt vom Haus auf einem großen kostenlosen Parkplatz der Wohnanlage. Diese befindet sich in einem ganz guten Zustand. Das Meer ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sauber, die Küche ganz gut ausgestattet, aber es fehlten Schneidebrettchen. Der Service vor Ort durch die Agentur ist exzellent. Ein Ring ging uns verloren, wurde nach der Abreise gefunden und nachgeschickt. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich.

Ruhiger Urlaub

Top Lage, super mit Fahrrad, dirkte Strandnähe. Leider kein Bäcker in unmittelbarar Nähe. Super Ausstattung der Wohnung, es fehlte an nichts. Sehr sauber und ordentliche Möbel und Geschirr. Leider hatten wir ein paar Ameisen in der Küche und im Bad, das war der einzige Nachteil in 14 Tagen, es wurde uns aber sofort von Interhome vor Ort geholfen. Super Service. Für 4 Personen aber sehr klein würde ich sagen.
