This beautiful place exceeded our expectations! It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. There’s a grocery store nearby, and the beach is just a few minutes away. The gated area made us feel very safe, and the pool was a wonderful treat after a long, hot day. The host is very communicative which is great! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Mexican oasis

Very relaxing place and in a safe & friendly environment. The people around are nice and helped a lot with directions. The house came with all the amenities needed for our vacation stay.

Great location in PV

This place was an oasis! We love the pool and all of the lush greenery on the premises. The apartment was very clean and spacious and the kids loved having larger beds. Just a short walk to the ocean, grocery store, and local restaurants.

Our suite was very large and comfortable for our family. It was so clean - perfect for our crawling grandson! We had a beautiful private balcony and a short walk through the “jungle” to the pool. We found a great place for dinner with the grandkids where they could play. Great for kids and adults alike - The Food Park - only a short walk away. We will come back!!!!!

We had a bit of a delay with check in but all else was great. Veronica was thorough with information which I appreciate. The unit was very nice, great for my daughter and I and 3 children. The kids loved the pools, as we adults did too. Location is very convenient to supermarket, food trucks and more. It’s a secure gated community. The tropical foliage everywhere is beautiful and there were many birds sounds. We would happily stay there again, I highly recommend this location.

Beautiful but a little rude.

The property was clean and neat, very quiet, beautiful lace and safe, but there is a little observation on your notices about remembering us to wash the dishes and take the trash out we felt overwhelmed with to many repetitive text messages and notives on the apartment. But it is a nice place to stay we recommend it. Thank you.

Excelente estadia!

Nos gusto mucho el departamento, ya que el condominio es muy bonito y tradicional de Vallarta y el departamente combina perfectamente con ello, tiene todos los servicios necesarios para una estadia confortable, lo que nos gusto mucho y no lo habiamos vivido en otro lugar, fue que en baño ya te incluye shampoo, jabon liquido para cuerpo y acondicionador. Es muy acogedor, muy limpio y bonito. Volveriamos definitivamente!!

Marbella condos…

Nous avons eu un bon séjour au Marbella. La végétation est très jolie, très dense et très bien entretenue autour des immeubles. La piscine est très agréable. Dommage que Les immeubles soient très peu insonorisés, on entend beaucoup si les voisins sont bruyants.

Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately we are not responsible of the noises other people around can do but the condo have rules for noises. It is possible to complain in the administration.

Family vacation

This was a great place to stay at!! You had walking distance to the food park, (different food trucks). There was also walking distance to the mall and grocery store which definitely came handy. Last but not least we loved that it had the security at the entrance made us feel safe and secured since it was our first time traveling with our kids! Thank you Veronica it was a very clean and convenient place for us and would definitely use again!!

The pictures don't do this place justice. It's a well-located, lush and secure respite.

Pros: Veronica's apartment is beautifully appointed and well equipped, even down to thoughtful laundry, shopping and beach-going equipment. The apartment is well situated off the street and appurtenant to another walled-in complex. There are two balconies, one larger with a table, and the other is shared by the two bedrooms. The place is best suited to a couple with two kids or two people, each of whom require a separate bedroom. We stayed 31 nights and walked two blocks over to the beach, two blocks to the grocery store and malls and about 100 meters out to the main street for taxis. Given the reasonable price of taxis, it was well worth it to get away from Romantica, Centro and the other busy places. all of which are about 5-10 minutes away. Except the much-over-rated LaLeche across the street, where fine dining equates to an auditory clubbing. Cons: The beds are hard as a rock. We bought a pad and left it. (So you're in luck). I'm noise sensitive so take everything that follows with a grain of salt. We never needed air conditioning, not once, which really surprised me. So, leaving the windows open all the time was great, beautiful cool fresh air at night, etc. BUT, even though the condo association prohibits pets and, frankly, would be better-advised to prohibit young party animals whose loud-mouthed antics go long into the night, the seemingly numerous yapping dogs did not present as significant a problem. Noise bangs off all the walls so talking from two towers away is as clear as a bell. Hint: If you stay at an apartment on the beach, whether in Zona Hotel, Romantica or Centro, you may get a view but you'll also get serious thumping nightclub noise. But, in the words of all youngsters today: just sayin'. This is AARP-Daddy-P reporting from Hotel Lo Mio across the street, where I'm camped out for five more days with a mild case of Covid. The room service menu is just so-so, but any way you cut it, life sure is a beautiful thing.
