ROSE Holidays offers this two-storey house, in a quiet area, in the Grands Riaux neighbourhood, two kilometres from the famous large beach of Les Sables d'Olonne.

House accommodating up to 6 people and fully equipped so that you can enjoy your stay in complete tranquillity.

With its peaceful and secure garden, this house offers the perfect environment for family or friends' holidays!

The accommodation consists of a living room equipped with two sofas, a coffee table, an armchair with TV, WiFi and a dining room with its table and chairs to fully enjoy a good meal.
The kitchen is open and fully equipped: oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, coffee machine (filters + Nespresso), dishwasher...

For sleeping, you will have a first bedroom on the ground floor with a 140 bed, including a wardrobe, storage cupboard and bedside table, an adjoining fully equipped bathroom with a bathtub, a sink with storage unit, a towel dryer and a hairdryer.
Separate toilet.

Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, accessible from the garage, one equipped with a 140 bed with storage wardrobe and a second bedroom with a 140 sofa bed and storage wardrobe, a bathroom equipped with a shower, a sink with storage unit and a towel dryer. A travel cot will be available.

This is complemented by a peaceful and fully enclosed south-facing garden, the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach or to spend pleasant evenings around a barbecue. Garden furniture, a parasol, sunbeds and a gas barbecue are provided.

Finally, in the garage, you will have four bicycles, a washing machine and all necessary cleaning equipment.

You can park a vehicle in front of the garage, otherwise parking is free on the street.

8 minutes by bike from Les Sables d'Olonne fishing port and its bars, restaurants.
