The accommodation
Recent apartment has contemporary decoration.

A living room of about 50 m2 that can be completely open to the outside with a large complete and well-equipped kitchen.

A first large bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a lounge chair as an extra bed. This bedroom has an alcove with a washing machine and a very large closet.

You will then find a second smaller bedroom with a 140x200 bed and a large closet. Both bedrooms are equipped with connected TV. In a row of this second bedroom, a bathroom composed of two rooms. A first includes the double sink area and you will then access the shower/hammam area of about 5 m2

Traveler access
The lower part of the villa will be totally dedicated to you. The outdoor pool/spa area is shared with us. The garden part is closed in winter. The pool is not heated and the jacuzzi is winterized.

Other remarks
We favor families as travelers. And we do not rent to people under 25 years old. The place must remain very quiet for the respect of the neighborhood and the outdoor common area must be vacated by 10 p.m. at the latest. This common area must remain clean and tidy during your stay. The accommodation will be left clean with the cleaning done by you.
