We enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful- tucked quietly on the mountain yet close to town. This home had so much room for our extended family to stretch out. The game room with pool table was especially popular! The sunroom was so peaceful as well as the balcony to enjoy coffee each morning. The kitchen was amazing most with 3 coffee makers. We enjoyed the coziness of the living room with the fireplace. Thank you for sharing your home.
As advertized. Wonderful house with plenty of sleeping and entertaining space.
Perfect house. Just be sure to speak to the property manager about directions. One of the neighbors closes off one end of a private road and this befuddles gps / waze / google maps

We had an absolute blast at Misty Mountain Hop! The pictures do not do this house justice. There are no pictures of the downstairs bedrooms (all 3), the pool table, living room, or the wine cellar! The master bedroom was breathtaking. Plenty of room for 17 of us to cook, eat and spread out. I will be in contact wanting to book this house again.
Downsides: we tried to get in early but couldn't, which is understandable. Check in was at 4, but we got to the house around 3:30 and there was a maintenance man there fixing/ cleaning the hot tub and he let us in. I never got a code to the door, but he let us in so I did not call. Also, there were 2 trash compactors but no trash compator bags.
Plenty of room for 5 couples and 3 adult/single children. A 4wd vehicle was highly recommended during winter months and that’s the truth! One couple was left stranded down from the house unable to make it up to the driveway. A big truck is not ideal for this property as the driveway requires some maneuvering to get to the house. Especially in the snow.
TV - it would have been nice to have the log on information. Or a reminder to the next renters to bring their personal log on credentials for Hulu, Netflix, etc.
Towels - more towels are needed. We had 2 towels for the weekend. Although there are plenty of washer/dryer units, no one wants to do laundry while enjoying time with family and friends.
Cleaning - could use a deep, deep cleaning.

Property was well appointed but they locked us out from the elevator which is needed and expected with a 3 story home and no bedrooms on the ground floor. Loved the gas fireplaces and the wood burning ones too
