Gorgeous condo located across the street from the beach in the best area of Miami - South Beach, 'South of Fifth.' Known as SoFi to the locals, this is a quieter, laid-back neighborhood with the best beach, the top restaurants and some of the hottest clubs in town! Only steps to the beach, in a famous and stunning Art Deco building.

Everything you need for a fabulous vacation is provided, just bring your bathing suit! Full kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, full size refrigerator, oven and microwave. Dishwasher, Keurig coffeemaker, dishes and cookware are provided.

Washer/dryer in the condo. All linens provided. Hairdryer in each bathroom.

5-night minimum stay

Amazing stay south of 5th

From reservations thru check out the stay was amazing. John and Sofia were excellent hosts and very responsive. The place was idea for our family of 4, all adults .would highly recommend the place!

Excellent Location & Owner

Love the location close to beach, restaurants, market downstairs. Publix about 1 mile away. Apartment is well maintained.

Great beach location

Great place to stay for beach vacation! Had beach chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, towels there for us. Lots of restaurants and other things to do in walking distance or short Uber rides. Hosts are wonderful to communicate with and very accommodating. We are already talking about going back :)

Wonderful Miami stay - Sofi great (quiet!) neighborhood

Very clean, great location (quiet and walkable), great restaurants around, super close to the beach, market next door was convenient for breakfast/snack items and coffee. Sofia and John were responsive. I'd go back.

A roomy space

A very quiet location, especially considering that it’s only a few hundred feet from a beautiful beach. A great Starbucks just before entering the beach. No beach views, but given it’s location it didn't bother us. Very, very friendly and helpful assistance checking in and out. I'd stay again

We had a wonderful stay in the South Beach apartment The property was large, very well located one block from South beach. Had all the amenities we required for our friends and I to stay for 5 nights. Amazing place on South Beach

The apartment was super clean and had everything we needed. Lovely views of Miami Beach skyline. Beds were very comfortable. Everything is close by so it’s super easy to walk to great restaurants and to the beach. Citibikes are just outside and the free trolly gives access to everything without a car. Lisa was so nice and helped us get settled in; told us about the Latin market next door where we got coffee every morning. The apartment was well equipped with everything we needed and was a comfortable, stylish place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to enjoy the fun and relaxed vibe of south Miami Beach.

Great Apartment

We rented this lovely apartment at very short notice due to being let down by our usual south beach rental, just one day before leaving London! The place is lovely. A couple of mins to beach, spacious, 2 bathrooms v important for us and multiple outdoor space. It's perfect for anyone like us who likes everything in close proximity. Only downside was because it was last minute we couldn't stay for our entire holiday as it was booked for the following week; however we would definitely stay longer on our next trip. Big thankyou to John and Sofia for all their help!

Perfect stop-over in Buckhead

We stayed at this condo on a road trip from DC to Miami and thoroughly enjoyed it. The area is absolutely perfect for local restaurants and the Marta to explore Atlanta. The views are superb and the amenities are excellent as well. I would highly recommend this property for a short or long term stay in the area.

Great spring stay

Thanks to Sofia and John! From choosing and booking, to pre-arrival and check-in, through our entire five-night stay, it was great. Very nicely-kept and managed apartment and building, beautiful pool (had it to ourselves nearly every time we visited), outstanding location. And when we had one very minor issue, John was immediately available to help. We hope to book again!

Residential building, does not feel not like a hotel, great for weekly stays or longer. Quiet, comfortable, upscale. Cook your own meals when you feel like it. Washer/dryer in unit for longer stays, its a home away from home.
