Close to everything, near State Park & Hochatown, hot tub!

Unassuming on the outside, lovely on the inside. We took our tiny studio fishermans cabin and transformed it into a beautiful 1 bedroom cabin with full kitchen. We also added a back deck with hot tub looking onto US Forest Service land. Cottage is located next door to our other cabins, Hideaway and Appleridge.

The cabin was beautiful! Perfect for just 2 people. The only complaint would be privacy. If you're sitting in the chairs by the fire you can see/be seen by the very close surrounding cabins. There is a small fence that hides the hot tub from being seen, but just barely. It didn't bother us too much but still worth mentioning incase you are expecting total privacy. Other than that it was a beautiful cabin and well stocked!

Everything was nice, the location was nice. The overall cleanliness was good, but the bathroom vanity sides and bottom shelf need a good cleaning. The shower floor and freezer door had mold issues and could have been cleaner. Overall the cabin was just what we needed space wise.

Quiet, cozy, perfect weekend! The hot tub is fabulous and the back porch view was magical. Everything was clean and perfect.

The only issue we had is that the bedroom was not as cool as the rest of the cabin. It got warm in there at night while trying to sleep. Other than that, it was great and perfect for just my husband and I.

Our stay in Hochatown, Oklahoma

Overall very, we were very pleased with the accommodations which were appropriately situated. We did have a concern about the AC vent in the kitchen dripping water on the countertop (perhaps just condensation?) We had to place a pot where it was dripping. Might want to check that out.

Great and relaxing weekend!

Description of location and cabin is spot on. Within 5 minutes to hiking trails, kayaking, and swimming. The cabin is quiet, has privacy, very well maintained and clean. I’d definitely go back to this cabin! I even have friends wanting to know the details to book!

Perfect get away

This is our 2nd stay at this cabin. I travel from Idaho and made it a point to book again. Was a little sad to see it up for sale, because no telling if the new owners will match everything the current owner does. Guess we will find out next year.

Everything private

This cabin has close neighbors but still felt completely private. The kitchen was really beautiful. The only thing I would change is the firmness of the bed. This was a prefect get away for a couple.
