Individual wooden frame house on 2 levels. Private parking in front of the property (2 parking spaces). On the ground floor (access via 2 steps): living room-kitchen-lounge area with access to the terrace, bedroom (1 double bed 140x200 cm) with its private bathroom (shower), separate toilet. On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), bathroom (shower and toilet), hallway with office area and washing machine. Comfortable and warm, Le Toy is an individual wooden frame house. In summer you can enjoy its terrace to relax and its small garden in the quiet of a dead end. The living room and the large bedroom, with their bay windows, are bathed in light. Between the western slope of the Chartreuse massif and the eastern slope of the Epine chain, 10 km from Chambéry, lies St Thibaud de Couz, a quiet residential village. The cottage is ideally located for discovering the region in all seasons, Lac d'Aiguelette, Lac du Bourget, the small family resorts for downhill skiing and cross-country skiing in the Chartreuse massif...
