Welcome to Villa Tiatia, over 200m2 at the foot of the Betey dune, just steps from the beach and near the port, where your stay will be relaxing and soothing! Its heated swimming pool will immerse you directly in a holiday atmosphere! Your days will be punctuated by swimming, walks on foot or by bike on the numerous cycle paths around and moments of pause under the pine trees.

This beautiful new house (2024) is perfectly designed in the style of the Arcachon Basin. The living area facing outwards welcomes you in a beautiful kitchen-dining room space. The latter invites you to settle on the wooden terrace that borders it, you will love to savour good meals all gathered around the large table. The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare good dishes for the whole household, notably equipped with induction hobs, American fridge, microwave, 2 traditional ovens, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room, for its part, is a cosy corner with a gas fireplace, will welcome you in a warm atmosphere for a moment of relaxation in front of the television.

The house can accommodate 15 people where you will discover 7 carefully decorated rooms. The first two are on the ground floor, both with a queen-size bed and a shower room, providing you with comfort and privacy. Upstairs, you will find three other rooms with double beds, two of which also have an adjoining shower room. A rest area with a bench connects this floor, allowing you to enjoy a moment of calm for reading. Then, you will find two children's dormitory rooms. The first is equipped with three bunk beds and a balcony, while the last one has 2 bunk beds, thus able to accommodate 4 children. A bathroom with toilet is also available on this floor.

For even more convenience, the villa has a hairdryer, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, socket for electric vehicles, an outdoor bar with a gas plancha.

The house is also suitable for professional stays.
At your disposal: table for your meetings, possibility of adding a projector and adapted wifi.

The pool is open from 01/05 to 30/09 and is heated from 15/05 to 30/06 and during the month of September
