Welcome to Villa Tiatia, over 200m2 at the foot of the Betey dune, just steps from the beach and near the port, where your stay will be relaxing and soothing! Its heated swimming pool will plunge you directly into a holiday atmosphere! Your days will be punctuated by swimming, walks on foot or by bike on the numerous cycle paths around and moments of pause under the pine trees.

This beautiful new dwelling (2024) is perfectly designed in the style of the Arcachon Basin. The living area facing outwards welcomes you into a beautiful kitchen-dining room space. The latter invites you to settle on the wooden terrace that borders it, you will enjoy savouring good meals all gathered around the large table. The kitchen has everything necessary to prepare good dishes for the whole household, equipped in particular with induction hobs, American-style fridge, microwave, 2 traditional ovens, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, filter coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The living room, for its part, is a cosy corner with a gas fireplace, which will welcome you in a warm atmosphere for a moment of relaxation in front of the television.



The house can accommodate 15 people where you will discover 7 carefully decorated rooms. The first two are located on the ground floor, both equipped with a queen-size bed and a bathroom, thus providing you with comfort and privacy. Upstairs, you will find three other rooms with double beds, two of which also have an adjoining bathroom. A rest area with a bench connects this floor, allowing you to enjoy a moment of calm for reading. Then, you will find two dormitory rooms for children. The first is equipped with three bunk beds and a balcony, while the last has 2 bunk beds, thus accommodating 4 children. A bathroom with toilet is also available on this floor.



For even more convenience, the villa has a hairdryer, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, a baby bed, a high chair, an ironing board, an electric vehicle charging point, an outdoor bar equipped with a gas plancha.



The house is also a suitable place for professional stays.

The swimming pool is open from 30/04 to 18/10 and is heated from 30/04 to 30/06 and from 01/09 to 18/10
