Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in dieser hellen Ferienwohnung am Timmendorfer Strand! Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig – von der vollwertigen Küche mit ganz neuem Backofen bis zum gemütlichen Wohnbereich. Besonders genossen haben wir den sonnigen Balkon mit seitlichem Meerblick. Der Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (ca. 250 m), und auch Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. Angenehm ruhige Lage. Der eigene Parkplatz direkt am Haus war ein echter Vorteil.

Schöne Wohnung für Kleinfamilie

Für eine kleine Familie aus 3 Personen ist die Wohnung vollkommen ausreichend. Die Lage ist perfekt: Strand, Hafen, sowie Ortszentrum sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Tolle Ostern in Timmendorfer Strand

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr schöne ruhige Lage, ca. 200 m zum Strand, vom Balkon kann man seitwärts die Ostsee sehen. In anderen Bewertungen benannte Probleme konnten wir nicht finden, keine Baustelle mehr, man kann die Fenster auch gut abdunkeln. Die Spannungsrisse an den Wandkanten sind neu gemalt. Schön ist auch der zum Appartement gehörende Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Appartement sauber, Lage okay, Aussicht mit Blick auf eine Baustelle

Die Sauberkeit des Appartements war nahezu tadellos. Die Innenausstattung war zufriedenstellend, wobei die Schlafmöglichkeiten gewöhnungsbedürftig waren (auch von der Aufteilung her, aber das wussten wir im Vorfeld). Balkonlage war okay- mit etwas Meerblick, solange die Bäume den Weg nicht eines Tages ganz versperren. Den Ausblick auf eine Baustelle kann niemand wirklich verhindern. Die allgemeine Lage ist zentrumsfern und recht ruhig gelegen. Das Team vom Vermittlungsbüro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Danke dafür!

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt wirklich schön. Vom Balkon/Schlafzimmerfenster hat man leichten Meerblick und morgens und abends hört man sogar das Meer rauschen. Die Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und war für unseren Aufenthalt fast perfekt! Das Haus in dem die Wohnung liegt ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt einen Fahrstuhl (so brauchten wir das Gepäck nicht bis oben tragen). Das Bad ist schick, mit Schubladenschrank und großer Ablage. Einziges Manko: die Duschtür ist anscheinend undicht, nach dem Duschen stand Wasser vor der Dusche. Wir würden diese Wohnung wieder mieten. Vielleicht kommen wir im Sommer nochmal wieder um den Balkon zu nutzen. Beste Grüsse

Lage top, Ausstattung kläglich oder nicht vorhanden

Hallo, also zunächst einmal das POSITIVE: die Lage ist Top, in der Mitte zwischen Timmendorfer Strand Zentrum/Rathaus und dem ruhigeren Niendorf / Hafen. Parkplatz PKW war vorhanden. Vom Parkplatz ist kein Zugang zum Apartmenthaus vorhanden, also etwas laufen, ist aber in Ordnung. Die Wohnung ist sauber, Toiletten / Bad einwandfrei, da gibt es nichts zu meckern. Einzigst die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist nicht so klasse: man geht durch die schmale Küche in das Bad/Toilette. Nicht wirklich optimal, aber auch noch in Ordnung. Nun zu den dringenden, NOTWENDIGEN VERBESSERUNGEN: Ausstattung Küche: schlecht, es gibt genau eine Pfanne mit der Größe für ein Spiegelei (für 2-4 Personen völlig ungeeignet), keine einzige Schüssel (für Salat, Soßen etc., absolut nada), kein Schneidebrett, kein Brotmesser, keine Untersetzer, eine Kaffeemaschine für zwei große Tassen Kaffee (also Person drei und vier müssen dann nochmal neu Kaffee kochen), Spülmaschine teils defekt (Klappenarretierung für Spültabs defekt, Maschine ist aber gelaufen) usw. Also spartanisch ist schon gelobt. Die Maissonette Wohnung ist unten schön eingerichtet, oben völlig lieblos (sog. Urlaubs-Fabrik-Einrichtung): keine Bilder, ein Doppelbett mit zwei Nachttischschränkchen und Lampen. Ansonsten weiß und irgendwie kalt und schmucklos. Das gleiche gilt für die Balkonausstattung: abwohnte Möbel, Lack blättert großzügig ab, keine Sitzkissen. Geht garnicht. Faktisch nicht nutzbar ohne die Gefahr von Holzsplitter mitzunehmen. Fazit: Lage der Wohnung genial, Ausstattung schlecht oder nicht vorhanden. Weder für 2 noch für 4 Personen ausreichend. Schade, der Vermieter spart hier sicherlich am falschen Ende. Wir haben der Agentur bei der Abreise diese Mängel genannt, es war der Dame sichtlich peinlich. Wobei hier der Vermieter in der Pflicht ist.
