Tolle Ostern in Timmendorfer Strand

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr schöne ruhige Lage, ca. 200 m zum Strand, vom Balkon kann man seitwärts die Ostsee sehen. In anderen Bewertungen benannte Probleme konnten wir nicht finden, keine Baustelle mehr, man kann die Fenster auch gut abdunkeln. Die Spannungsrisse an den Wandkanten sind neu gemalt. Schön ist auch der zum Appartement gehörende Parkplatz direkt hinter dem Haus. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Super Kommunikation mit der Verwaltung. Fehlende Dinge wurden sehr kurzfristig nachgeliefert. TOP! Schöne Wohnung zwischen Niendorfer und Timmendorfer Strand. Beides 7st sowohl zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Immer wieder gerne

Appartement sauber, Lage okay, Aussicht mit Blick auf eine Baustelle

Die Sauberkeit des Appartements war nahezu tadellos. Die Innenausstattung war zufriedenstellend, wobei die Schlafmöglichkeiten gewöhnungsbedürftig waren (auch von der Aufteilung her, aber das wussten wir im Vorfeld). Balkonlage war okay- mit etwas Meerblick, solange die Bäume den Weg nicht eines Tages ganz versperren. Den Ausblick auf eine Baustelle kann niemand wirklich verhindern. Die allgemeine Lage ist zentrumsfern und recht ruhig gelegen. Das Team vom Vermittlungsbüro war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Danke dafür!
