A bright, well-equipped, spacious apartment - 88 square meters - for 1 - 6 adults with 3 double rooms, 1 bathroom with tub, shower and toilet. Convenient to the A3 Frankfurt-Cologne and near the ICE BHf Limburg / Süd in a family house / upper floor with separate access. Rural, close to nature and yet only 30 minutes to Wiesbaden, 40 minutes Frankfurt / airport, 10 minutes to Limburg / Lahn. Bes. suitable for families, for hiking and cycling. Dogs welcome! € 10 per dog / stay. Please do not let animals into the beds! If your animals are used to this, please bring your own bed linen! Please let us know in advance! Perfect for seeing Limburg countryside

Propery was very nice, clean and well located with easy parking. Bettina was very nice with loads of her great artworks around the apartment. It was very spacious for our 3 teenagers and they loved it too.

Wochende Aufenthalt wegen VW treffen.

Sehr Freundliche Gast Geberin. Und eine sehr gutes unter kommen. Mit 3 separate Schlaf Zimmer. Eine große wohn Es Zimmer. Mit durch die venster Aussicht auf die Hügel und Wiesen.Dazu nog eine ziemlich große Kuchen. Badezimmer mit douche und Bad. Wir sind sehr zufrieden.

Gastvrij verblijf, alle comfort in mooie omgeving

Het onderkomen was ruim en volledig ingericht, alle comfort, ook in de keuken. Met drie tieners was al die ruimte heel fijn. Een gastvrij ontvangst! De eigenaresse staat open voor alle vragen. Het was hoogzomer, maar met rolluiken was de woning prima koel te houden. Fijn uitgangspunt voor uitstapjes, ook in deze bijzondere tijd waarin ruimte gewenst is. Kanoën op de Lahn, klimmen, wandelen in alle rust, dagje Koblenz, zwemmen... we hebben ons vermaakt. Een aanrader!

Tolle Unterkunft,sehr hundefreundlich

Die Wohnung ist sehr großzügig und gut geschnitten.Sie ist allgemein gut ausgestattet und freundlich gestaltet. Für Hundebesitzer liegt sie sehr günstig am Ortsrand mit vielen Möglichkeiten spazieren zu gehen.Auch hat Bettina einen sehr großen ,eingezäunten Garten,der wenn sich die Hunde vertragen genutzt werden kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Einziges kleines Manko:Das Sofa sieht schön aus,ist aber zum liegen sehr unbequem,wenn man größer ist.

Alles bestens. Empfehlenswerte Ferienwohnung. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre ein zweiter Schlüssel. Für sechs Gäste ist ein Schlüssel schon recht wenig.

Goede locatie, enorm gastvrij

De website is rommelig en regelmatig slecht bereikbaar. Maar de vakantie was fantastisch. Mooie, grote schone luxe woning. Zeer gastvrije eigenaresse en een top locatie. Wij waren hier met 2 volwassenen, een kind van 10 en ons hondje en hebben ons prima vermaakt.

Ruim appertement, zeer schoon, alles aanwezig, centrale ligging voor diverse dagtrips.

Wij waren met 4 personen in dit ruime appartement. 6 personen is zeker ook mogelijk. Faciliteiten op alle gebieden zijn prima in orde. Goede ligging ten opzichte van uitstapjes naar Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Koblenz, Rüdesheim, Mainz en zeker niet te vergeten Limburg a/d Lahn. Alles binnen 1 uur aan te rijden. Wij troffen het (te) goed met het weer. Iedere dag 30 graden of hoger. Appartement is goed koel te houden. Er kan gebruik worden gemaakt van de tuin, echter wel in overleg met de eigenaresse. Een zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame vrouw die je zowel voor, tijdens en na de vakantie goed en snel te woord staat. Wil je een leuke vakantie in Hessen dan is dit vakantiehuis zeker een aanrader!

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung und ein sehr unkomplizierter Aufenthalt

Wir waren nur relativ spontan für zwei Nächte vor Ort und alles hat wunderbar unkompliziert geklappt. Die Wohnung ist uhrig eingerichtet und es gibt viele Details zu entdecken. Die Küche bietet so ziemlich alles was man sich vorstellen kann. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder Buchen!

Die wirklich gut ausgestattete Wohnung hat uns ausreichend Platz für unseren Familienausflug geboten. Wir fühlten uns sehr herzlich Willkommen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieterin versteht es mit ihrer freundlichen Art dass sich ihre Feriengäste wie zuhause fühlen. Im nahen Umfeld gibt es recht viele Möglichkeiten der Freizeitgestaltung und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sollte sich die Gelegenheit ergeben immer wieder gerne!!

Großzügig geschnittene Wohnung mit viel Platz zum Ausspannen.

Trotz der großen Hitze konnte man es mit den Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern gut aushalten. Es war alles da, was man brauchte und in gutem Zustand. Unsere Vermieterin war sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Toller Urlaub!

Wir wurden gleich bei unserer Anreise von Bettina herzlich willkommen geheißen, wir fühlten uns sofort wie zu Hause. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, gemütlich und komplett ausgestattet für 6 Personen, da hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Zu Weihnachten gab es überdies noch ein kleines Überraschungsgeschenk. Auch vielen Dank für die empfohlenen Restaurants in Limburg, wo wir an den Weihnachtstagen herrlich gegessen haben. Wir haben die Urlaubswoche sehr genossen, es bleiben jetzt die schönen Erinnerungen. Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr empfehlenswert.

Schöne, große Wohnung

Netter Empfang für uns 5 (3 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder) und auch für unseren kleinen Hund. Die Wohnung ist gut geschnitten und hat für uns mehr als ausreichend Platz geboten. Die Lage ist gut geeignet für Tagesausflüge nach Limburg oder Wiesbaden. Im Dorf gibt es alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf braucht. Alles in allem hat es uns gut gefallen.

Propriétaire accueillante, logement spacieux agréable et confortable.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par la propriétaire. Elle nous a fait visiter l'appartement et nous a expliqué tout ce qui était nécessaire (équipement de la cuisine, électroménager, tri des déchets, etc...). Nous n'avions pas fait attention, mais il y avait même un petit cadeau de bienvenue (d'excellents chocolats !) Merci Bettina ! L'appartement est très spacieux, avec de grandes chambres et une literie très confortable. Il est très bien équipé. Même la décoration donne une impression de chez soi, avec plein de petits objets personnels. Un séjour vraiment agréable avec un accueil très chaleureux et bienveillant. Merci beaucoup Bettina, Herzliche Grüße !
