Spend a pleasant stay in this cosy 65 m2 apartment, refurbished in 2023 and tastefully decorated. You will find a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine opening onto a bright living room and a south-facing terrace. Bathroom with Italian shower, heated towel rail and separate toilet. Two bedrooms with storage cupboards and a storeroom upstairs which will allow you to store provisions and ski or hiking equipment. Parking in front of the residence.
It is a 5-minute walk from the village centre and the many shops. The bike/pedestrian greenway passes in front of the building and the shuttles to the ski resort are 300 metres away.
Villard de Lans is a mid-mountain village-resort, with many activities (swimming pool, cinema, golf, bowling rink, ice rink, skate park, hiking, mountain biking, canyoning...). Numerous restaurants and bars.

Tres bel appartement, tout fraîchement rénové. Tout est propre, fonctionnel et équipé de manière complète. Très bien situé pour rayonner dans le Vercors. Residence calme et proche du centre bourg. Parking pour voiture. Tres bel accueil par les propriétaires.
