From 01. 05. 2019 we are building the neighboring property. As a result, noise pollution during the day can not be ruled out.

The modern 40 m² Non smoking rental is / equipped with 1 bedroom with double bed, living room with cable TV (flatscreen), stereo, kitchenette with 2 electric plates, microwave and dishwasher, shower / WC. The dining area is located in a small bay, the small balcony invites you to relax. Your car can be set directly at the house on the reserved parking for you.

Bad in der Wohnung. Mangelhaft

Zunächst: Cuxhaven ist sehr schön. Natürlich steht und fällt mit dem Wetter alles. Wir hatten Glück und das Wetter, war bis auf ein Paar unbedenkliche Regentropfen prima. Meisten waren es sonnige Tage, es wehte mal mehr oder etwas weniger ein heftiger Wind, aber auch den haben wir, so wie den schönen Sonnenuntergang genossen. Etwas hat uns allerdings nicht so gefallen: Die Wohnung Voßhörn 24 war zwar sauber und gut eingeräumt, alles okay. Das Bad allerdings hatte keinen Wrasenabzug und war eine einzige Tropfsteinhöhle. In der Dusche kam der Schimmel durch die überstrichene Wand. Mit zwei Worten, ein Desaster. Ein weiteres Manko, war der zu kleine Fernseher mit zu großen Abstand und schlechter Tonqulität. Das ist zwar nicht so wichtig aber lästig. Etwas mehr kleine Löffel dürften es auch sein, denn bei einer Spülmaschine wäre so was besser. Sonst war der Urlaub super. Der Preis für diese Wohnung lag allerdings mit 1237,25Euro inckl. Kurtaxe für 10 Tage zu hoch. Mit freundlichen Grüßen: M.R.

Es gibt nichts negatives Immer wieder gerne Kann man nur empfehlen Sehr sauber Sehr ruhig Keller für die E- Biks Stellplatz fürs Auto Das Gelände wie auch die Wohnung sehr sauber Würde auch 10Sterne geben ,leider nicht möglich .

Super für einen Kurzurlaub

Für ein Kurzurlaub ist diese Ferienwohnung sehr gut geeignet. Es liegt sehr zentral, gute Parkmöglichkeit und ruhige Lage. Lediglich die Wohnung ist ziemlich hellhörig. Wen das nicht stört ist hier gut aufgehoben. Uns war die zentrale Lage und die Sauberkeit wichtig. Der WLAN-Hotspot ist nur bedingt nutzbar, selten eine Verbindung. Was man verbessern (erweitern) könnte sind Fliegengitter im Schlafzimmer und mindestens ein im Wohnraum und Plissees an den Fenstern im Wohnbereich. Da direkt gegenüber ein neues Objekt gebaut wird, können von dort aus die Leute direkt hineinschauen und Fußgänger die vorbei gehen können einem beim Essen zusehen. Müssen wir nicht unbedingt nochmal haben.

Schöner Aufenthalt! :)

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt sehr schön. Die Zimmer waren sauber, ordentlich und liebevoll eingerichtet . Das Haus an sich war leider sehr hellhörig. Die Lage war prima, da man nur Ca 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und in die City brauchte. Das einzige was ein wenig gestört hat, war die immer noch bestehende Baustelle direkt vor dem Haus. Der Check-In allerdings verlief schnell und reibungslos. Sehr empfehlenswert!

1:Die Baustelle am Haus denn der Krach ging um ca. 6.30 los.

2: Das Haus selbst ist sehr hellhörig. Die Umgebung ist sehr gut, kommen auch wieder aber nicht in diesem Haus. 3: Anmerkung die Haustüre musste Mal neu eingestellt werden die knallt sehr stark zu.
