Excellent host. Great communication from start to finish. It’s a wonderful spot with plenty of room. Nicely updated kitchen. If you plan to cook inside or grill out on the deck, you’re all set.

We really enjoyed this cozy home right on the water! We had 5 adults and one teen, and we all had plenty of space. The home was very clean and well kept. The outdoor space was beautiful and relaxing!

Beautiful property that was very relaxing. We need to plan a longer stay next time as 3 days wasn’t enough time to do everything. All the water toys are provided and kayaking on the smooth water was amazing. We will be back!

Property owners were so helpful! Lovely place, wonderful amenities, great dock with dinner seating looking over the water at the bluffs. Everything you could need supplied.

We had a GREAT Family vacation here!

This wonderful property was so close to all of the city activities, but felt very quiet and private at the house, on the dock and kayaking on the lake! The Hosts are great, and having kayaks available for everyone was super convenient! Thank you!

Great lakeside propery

The house was cute, comfortable, and well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. We made good use of the kayaks, dock, and hot tub. Anita was very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing Lake getaway

Our family was impressed with the layout of the house, appliances, beautiful updates and attentiveness of the owners. We had everything we needed and more! The dock and kayaks provided a fun lake experience!

Lake side house

Anita is a wonderful host. Property borders the lake. Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. House very relaxing. Close to Springdale plus easy drive to historic sites in this part of Arkansas.

Wonderful!

This property was perfect! Everything was set up beautifully, home was well stocked with all the cooking essentials, and having extras like kayaks and fishing poles was definitely a plus. Having the swimming dock so close was wonderful for the hot summer days, and the fenced in backyard was great for the kids and safety. It was the perfect home away from home!

Excellent hosts

We had a family emergency, and the hosts were thoughtful and understanding the entire time. They even blocked out an extra week so no one else could rent in case we needed to extend our stay, which we did. The place was very nice and met our needs perfectly. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Hosts went above and beyond for us, and we are extremely grateful. Thank you.

Celebrated July 4th & “C” remission!

We enjoyed this cozy respite with our family! The host was always quick to respond with any questions we had, property was clean, the beds were comfortable, the hot tub was perfect, the kayaks were used each day with easy access to the dock, and the water was calm, far enough away from busy boaters! If you want to rent a boat during a holiday, try so well in advance. Will be back!
