- Cleaning must be done by the tenant at the end of the stay or can be organized for 60 euros.

- A tourist tax of 1.5 euros per person per night will be collected upon arrival.

- Parking on site is free.

- Only small pets allowed with an extra charge of 5 euros per night; no large animals allowed.

- The pool closes at 6 p.m. for cleaning, and during poolside events, music can play until midnight.
