Property was perfect. GREAT location. GREAT view. It was a very nice room. Newly remodeled. New appliances. Super clean. The place even had a lot of extra touches. The place had keurig cups, brand new (in the bag) hand towels. Sheets. Pillows. Blankets - plenty there and they were all nice. The place was great. Thank you Emily for all your help.

The property was clean and cozy. The neighbors were friendly. It literally is steps from the Boardwalk! The property owner was easy to communicate with and keeps her place nice. You will enjoy your stay.

The title says it all. Chris & Kristi made it incredibly easy for my partner and I to have a relaxing and enjoyable weekend. The check-in process was simple, the place was neat & tidy upon arrival, and they never left us in the dark if we needed to contact them about anything. Super close to the boardwalk, a plethora of restaurants in the area, and just an overall wonderful experience. We will definitely try to be back as soon as possible!

My husband and I enjoyed staying at this house for a quick getaway while attending a wedding at the Flanders. There are a ton of great food places that are super easy to walk to and the boardwalk is very close. The Fractured Prune has phenomenal breakfast sandwiches and are only two houses down from you! The house was clean and the decks provided great places to hang out and relax. Very happy overall.

The accommodations were very clean. Great proximity to beach and boardwalk! The host, Karen, helped me out quickly with a problem, she is very trustworthy! Staff in the building were very nice. Note the room size is 200 sq feet, as clearly stated in the listing. Not a single complaint!

I rented this efficiency as a last minute getaway and really enjoyed the entire weekend. Very easy to find. Within walking distance to the ACME, which is one of the nicest grocery stores I have seen. Just 3-4 blocks to the beach. A really nice pizza place on the boardwalk that is open year round. Lots of people on the boardwalk, even in February. The inside of the apartment was very clean. Very quiet. Had everything that is needed for a short term stay. Kitchen is well equipped. The area around the complex is very nice. Parking was very easy. I would recommend to friends.

The property was beautiful and a perfect fit for myself and my boyfriend. We would definitely think about coming back in the future.
