Thank you for your feedback. I'm truly sorry your stay was affected by the unexpected air conditioning issue. The central AC is part of the resort's shared system, and when it goes down, it affects every unit on that system—not just ours. As individual owners, we're required to contact the resort's maintenance team, as we're not permitted to repair the building's HVAC ourselves. I reported the issue immediately after you contacted me. To help, I directed you to the portable AC I keep in the condo for situations like this. I've personally stayed in the unit several times using it, and since the condo is only about 350 sq. ft. while the portable unit is rated for up to 700 sq. ft., it has always cooled the room well for me. Most importantly, I offered you a full refund so you could make other arrangements because I wanted you to be happy with your vacation. You chose to continue your stay, and I did everything I could to assist. I'm glad you enjoyed the TV, shower, and pool. The beach gate keypad is also maintained by the resort, and I'll continue reporting issues like that when they arise. I appreciate your feedback and regret that an unexpected resort-wide mechanical issue affected your experience.

Thank you for your feedback, Richie. I’m really sorry to hear your stay didn’t meet expectations—that’s never the experience we want for our guests. I do want to clarify a few things that may help. The room is equipped with a fireplace that produces heat just a few feet from the bed, and the wall thermostat is designed to shut off the A/C when adjusted. That said, we’ll absolutely take another look to ensure everything is functioning exactly as it should. We’re also in the process of replacing all windows and doors, which will help address any outside odors or sealing concerns. Regarding the other items you mentioned, we take those very seriously and will be reviewing everything with our team. It’s worth noting that we had guests check in the following day who did not report any of these issues, but we still appreciate you bringing them to our attention so we can double-check and improve wherever needed. We truly value your feedback and hope you might consider giving us another chance in the future.

Landon, I must have missed this but I assure you there are no bugs in the condo. They must have been aggravated during the construction phase but now that is over and Pool is open!! Come give us another shot!
