Water Views Everywhere - Lake Front Cottage with Private Dock and Boat Ramp

Enjoy lake views from every room! Our cottage faces a cove on one side and open water on another. We have 167 feet of private lake front access with both a floating slip dock and boat ramp. The outdoor areas (including the screened in porch) are directly on the water and offer places to rest and gather when you are not swimming, fishing or sunbathing. This is a very rare find. The home itself is a light-filled 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom retreat built in the 60s. We hope you will plan a visit soon!

Fishing Trip

Great communication 1 st day we locked ourselves out owner worked diligent to help us get back in. The house is right on water great cove ramp hard to get to but workable. Everything you need for a relaxing time.

Family getaway at Lake Greenwood

Pleased with things the host provided. Clean, guite and peaceful, very little to do when leaving, I would recommend this rental to anyone.

Peaceful and cozy!

My husband and I spent his birthday and our anniversary at the Lake House. The lake was beautiful, and the house was very comfortable! We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch watching the boaters and the ducks. Would definitely return!!

Adorable cabin on the water

Adorable little cabin on the lake greenwood. Well equipped, comfortable beds, very clean. Host is very responsive and helpful! Little piece of remote paradise!!

Location was as advertised.

Everything was stocked and decorated really well. The outside doors were a bit rickety and difficult to close. The front door pulled out of the spring back mechanism at the top. The cleaner that was used on the linoleum left the floor very sticky, which made it seem like someone spilled something but I know it was just whatever was used to mop the floor. We very much enjoyed our stay and really enjoyed spending time on the screened in porch. It was as close to the water as possible and had everything we needed for a comfortable 3 night stay.

Relax at the lake

This house is in a very quiet area, which is exactly what we wanted. You cannot beat the lake views. We spent the whole week on the porch despite the chilly weather. Great trip.

Worked well for two of us and our short stay

Small cabin right on the water - literally! Description is accurate, very cozy & quiet The weather was mostly terrible and unusually cold so we didn’t take advantage of the outdoor areas except one morning with a rental pontoon at the dock. Easy to town and other areas even though feels remote.

Beautiful view of the water, perfect getaway for family of 4. Stayed 11 nights and had fun on water boating, fishing and swimming. Very clean house; had everything we needed. Internet worked great to work remote, and screened in porch made for relaxing place to read/play games. RECOMMEND!!

Spring Break Get Away

We had a wonderful time at this property. I loved feeling like we were on the water from the porch. My husband and son fished off the dock and caught some really big ones. We brought our boat and actually spent a lot of time on the lake despite the chilly weather. I hope that our schedules work out to come back soon.

Quaint place on the lake

The home was as expected from the description. There was even some games on there home to be played. It was perfect for 5 adults. My parents (83) liked it and slept well in the master bedroom. We cooked some meals and enjoyed the screened in porch in the evening. I would def recommend this home
