Freshly rebuilt in 2026, this 2-bedroom, 2-bath Lake Greenwood cottage offers a completely refreshed lakefront stay with beautiful water views from every room. Situated between a quiet cove and open water, the property features 167 feet of private shoreline, a private floating dock, boat ramp, and direct access for swimming, fishing, kayaking, and boating.

Nearly the entire home was rebuilt from the frame up, with new flooring, windows, furniture, kitchen cabinets, appliances, and more. Both bedrooms feature queen beds, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests. The home also includes Smart TVs, Wi-Fi, a new all-in-one washer/dryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a 30-inch induction range, and kitchen-island seating for 4.

Outside, enjoy the remodeled screened porch with a waterfront dining table, refreshed deck, four Adirondack chairs by the water, grill, and a kayak available for guest use. Whether you're having dinner overlooking the lake, launching your boat from the property, or relaxing by the water, everything is just steps away.

Great getaway

The place was located in a quiet part of the water which was just what we were hoping for. The house was perfect for what we needed. The property manager was quick to respond when i reached out and easy to work with.Definitely a nice little place to get away from it all for a bit!

Very quiet place, spot right on the end of a cove. It could use a little TLC. Nice dock to fish off or relax on. Nice porch area as well. Has everything you need to cook with. Bed was comfy. If you are looking for a quiet retreat it won't disappoint.

Peaceful and cozy!

My husband and I spent his birthday and our anniversary at the Lake House. The lake was beautiful, and the house was very comfortable! We spent a lot of time on the screened in porch watching the boaters and the ducks. Would definitely return!!

Relax at the lake

This house is in a very quiet area, which is exactly what we wanted. You cannot beat the lake views. We spent the whole week on the porch despite the chilly weather. Great trip.

Peaceful Time

The property was just as described on VRBO. Very clean and the kitchen had all we needed. The area was quiet. Our children and grandchildren visited... they loved swimming and fishing from our boat, the dock, and the grassy shoreline. We made beautiful memories!
