nette Vermieterin, katastrophale Agentur Homerez

Besitzerin war liebenswürdig, Haus alles in allem sehr schön mit ein paar Schönheitsmängeln. Toll ist der beheizte Pool. Nie mehr würden wir ein Haus über die Agentur Homerez buchen. Die Kommunikation war eine Katastrophe. Gemeldet haben sie sich nur, wenn sie Geld wollten ( unberechtigt) oder einen Terminfehler zu klären hatten. Auf meine Fragen ging man nicht ein. z.B: auf die Nachfrage nach einer mail Adresse des Vermieters zwecks Absprache der Ankunftszeit kam die Antwort: mail: ……@… Fazit: das Haus würden wir wieder buchen, aber nie mehr über Homerez als Partner von Fewo direkt
