Modernized holiday apartment with a view from the balcony of the idyllic Horum low

Welcome to the "Wadden Sea" World Heritage Site on the North Sea coast of the Wangerland.
As a guest with us, you will experience nature right outside the door. Take a walk and discover the beauty of our North Sea, green meadows, light sand and relaxing tranquility.

The apartment is located in a well-kept apartment building on the 1st floor. It is central and yet very quiet in the health resort Horumersiel. In just a few minutes' walk along the Horumer low you can reach the lovable center of the North Sea spa Horumersiel. This means that all shops and restaurants can be reached within a few minutes. The walk to the North Sea / meadow beach, as well as to the spa administration, spa center, wave pool is about 10 minutes. The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Schillig is 2.5 KM.

Nice place for a short stay

The bed is quite limited in size (130cm) and the matress is hard (might fit for you). Perfect place for a short holiday in a great location. Very quiet. The landlady is a really kind person.

Es war eine sehr unsaubere un ungemütliche unterkunft.meine frau hat geputzt damit wir nicht direkt wieder abreisen.radio,fernseher und uhr geht nicht.man kann nicht kochen,da töpfe usw.fehlen.zb.nur ein weinglas.Insgesamt haben wir beschlossen nicht mehr bei ferienwohnung direkt zu buchen.

Der Aufenthalt war schön und entspannt die Wohnung ist für 2 Erwachsene + 1 Kleinkind okay mehr aber auch nicht , die Küche ist für schnell fertig Mahlzeiten vollkommen ausreichend. Das Bad hat kein Tageslicht dennoch passt das Preisleistungsverhältniss vollkommen wer viel unterwegs ist für den Reicht die Wohnung mit Balkon total .

Wir waren mit unserer Unterkunft sehr zufrieden, es ist alles da, was man braucht! Nur W-LAN wäre tatsächlich ganz schön gewesen! Das Bett ist relativ klein, da die Kinder mit im Bett geschlafen haben, musste der Papa aufs Sofa ziehen! Also zur Sicherheit ein zweites Laken einpacken:)

Die Ferienwohnung entspricht meines Erachtens genau dem Inserat. Die Bilder vermitteln einen stimmigem Eindruck von dem, was man bekommt. Die Ferienwohnung ist sauber, aufgeräumt und gut ausgestattet. Der Kontakt zur Hausverwalterin war nett und unkompliziert. Ich stimme einer anderen Bewertung zu, dass die Schiebetüren bzw. der Eingang der Duschkabine für meinen (m/45cm Schulterbreite) Geschmack etwas eng sind. Eine Erscheinung unserer Zeit ist mein Wunsch nach WLAN. Insgesamt top.

Nie wieder

Winzig und schlecht ausgestattet. Die Fotos sind deutlich vorteilhafter aufgenommen, als die Wohnung tatsächlich ist, man beachte wie die Korbsessel ständig ihren Ort wechseln. Das Ganze ist mehr ein Apartment als eine Wohnung. Alles nur billigste IKEA Ausstattung. Die Dusche ist so klein, dass man dort nur seitlich einsteigen kann - etwas fülligere Menschen würden gar nicht reinkommen. Das schlimmste aber ist das Bett. Die Matratze ist so hart wie der Boden. Und nein, das ist keine Übertreibung. Schlafen war kaum möglich. Wir haben überlegt den Urlaub abzubrechen.

Tolle Wohnung in sehr schöner Lage

In der kleinen, gemütlichen Wohnung habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt! :) Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert! Das Zentrum Horumersiels und ein Edeka ist in ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch die Nordsee ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! :) Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt am Horumersieler Tief ! :)

Perfekt für einen Kurztrip

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser kleinen, aber bestens ausgestatteten Wohnung. Die Übergabe lief super, die Lage ist top und es war alles sehr sauber. Einzig die Hellhörigkeit und die schlechte Dämmung der Wohnung haben uns etwas gestört. Die erste Nacht haben wir etwas gefroren, weil die Infrarot-Heizung laut Bedienungsanleitung 24 Stunden braucht, bis es warm wird. Aber danach wurde das Wetter spitze und damit wurde auch die Wohnung warm. Und WLAN wäre nicht schlecht. Alles in allem würden wir wiederkommen!

Ideal für Paare mit einem Kleinkind

Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief super und einwandfrei. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und der Balkon hat eine nette Aussicht. Für uns war die Wohnung ausreichend und die Spiele vor Ort waren gut.Wir hatten super Wetter und zum Strand war es nicht weit! Jedoch bei schlechten Wetter wäre die Wohnung zu 4 zu klein.
