Our beautiful 55 sqm apartment is located in Biesdorf-Nord 5 minutes from the S-Bahn and bus station Biesdorf, from where you need about 20 minutes to the city (Alexanderplatz, Unter den Linden). At the S-Bahn station is the Schlosspark Biesdorf and a children's playground, as well as a penny market. The accident hospital Marzahn is 5 minutes by car (for visitors). If you do not want to cook or have a barbecue on the terrace it is about 10 minutes walk and you can choose between German, Italian or Greek cuisine.
Parking is available.

Andre was very accommodating to our needs and communicated timely. The place is very spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped and allowed for doing our own cooking. The location was perfect for our needs, close to shopping yet not in the middle of all the city noise. Loved it and would definitely recommend!

Biesdorf

This is a superb Ferienhaus in a quiet and pleasant suburb of Berlin, with good communicaton with the owner. Public transport links into Berlin are excellent and only a few minutes walk from the house to the S Bahn.This is the second time I have stayed here and I hope to return again. I can highly recommend.

Great place!

Stayed in a handful of VRBos on my trip to Europe and this was the easiest check in process and communication with owner. Place was super clean and exactly as described. Plenty of space for my small family and it was a quiet neighborhood close to the public transit. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was perfect for us, beautifully clean, very comfortable beds and lovely bed linen.The kitchen was compact, but had everything we needed.On our short walk from the train station we passed a supermarket, so we bought a few essentials on our way.Outside was a terrace to sit with table and chairs, screened from the path with beautiful planting.The property is very close to the trainline, but so well insulated that it didn't affect us at all.We would stay again or recommend friends. The property is about a 20 min train ride from the main station and then a 5 min walk, so great location.Andre and Monica were charming hosts, nothing was too much trouble. Perfection!

Perfect house, perfect location and above all perfect host!

The house is located in a very quiet, tranquil and pleasant, almost rural-like, area of Berlin, perfect for a good rest after a full day of touring. Nonetheless, it's extremely easy to get to, thanks to the closeby S-Bahn station. Shops and a few resturants are also conveniently located nearby, just a few minutes away on foot. The house is very clean, smart, tidy and well furnished, and comes with all amenities, including a smart-TV and WI-FI. Finally, the host is fantastic, nice and always readily available. Overall definitely recommended, especially for a vacation with friends.

PLEASANT COMFORTABLE STAY

The property is self-contained. The internet is very good. Everything works. Bathroom is sizeable and hot water shower is excellent. Kitchen is small, a one-person operation. By car, to get to House No 42, you need to enter Kulmseestrasse from Maratstrasse. At Biesdlorf railway station there is a good Penny Supermarket with ample car parking (1.5 hours free). Opposite the station is a small Kebab shop - large helpings. You can but 24 hour AB train tickets for cash at a booth at the foot of the station overpass. Driving into Berlin is simple.

Beautiful Biesdorf

The apartment provided a pleasant and comfortable stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and more than enough bedding and towels were provided if required. The apartment was very clean and pleasantly decorated throughout. While we did not utilize the kitchen facilities during our stay, they appeared to be adequately equipped for meal preparation. The location was highly convenient, situated just a 10-minute walk from our family's residence. A Penny supermarket is conveniently located within a 5-minute walking distance. Despite being directly opposite the S-Bahn track leading to S Biesdorf station (less than a 10-minute walk), the noise from the trains was barely noticeable. The transportation links were very convenient and within walking distance, as mentioned in the listing. Communication with the host was excellent. I was promptly provided with all relevant information and even received a phone call the day before our arrival to ensure that everything was in order.

We hebben een heel fijn verblijf gehad in het huis van André. We hebben elkaar niet ontmoet, maar de communicatie verliep erg prettig. André reageerde snel op vragen. Het huis is niet groot en toch ruim, én heel schoon en fris. De slaapkamer was groot, met slaapplaats voor 4 (incl 1x slaapbank) en in de woonkamer is een 2e slaapbank. Hier sliepen onze dochters. De keuken was goed uitgerust. Wij vonden het iets te krap om zelf (uitgebreid) te koken, dus wij zijn gaan uiteten of hebben eten besteld. Ook geen straf natuurlijk. De ligging ten opzichte van het station is perfect. Zo'n 5 min lopen. Het centrum bereik je in 30 - 45 min, afhankelijk van waar je naartoe wilt. Supermarkten liggen op korte loop- (Penny) of rijafstand (o.a. Lidl 5 min.). Het spoor loopt voor het huis langs. De treinen zijn hoorbaar, maar wij vonden het niet storend. Kortom, heel fijn verblijf en zeker een aanrader!

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Auch auf den Schlafsofas kann man gut schlafen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war super. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der S-Bahn-Linie 5. Das heißt: Die Bahn fährt relativ nah an der Wohnung vorbei. Das hat uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört. Wir fühlten uns nicht durch Lärm beeinträchtigt. Zwar ist die Wohnung nicht ganz zentral, aber durch die S-Bahn-Linie wirklich gut angebunden. Bis nach Berlin-Mitte braucht man ca. 25 Minuten. Eine Spülmaschine gibt es nicht, die brauchten wir aber für unseren 3-Tages-Trip mit Kindern (11 und 13) auch nicht. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet, das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer ist gut nutzbar, in der Küche ist alles drin was man braucht. Bäcker ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt.Die S-Bahn hört man, Oropax hat der Gastgeber vorsorglich bereits im Nachttisch bereit gelegt. In der Nacht fährt die S-Bahn aber relativ selten, wir konnten gut schlafen. Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich, Kommunikation war einfach. Die Bilder im Inserat stimmen mit dem tatsächlichen Zustand überein.

Tolle Wohnung! Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal in der Wohnung. Es ist immer sehr sauber und alles hat gut geklappt. Ganz praktisch ist auch das man sein Auto gut abstellen kann. Gefallen haben uns auch die vorhandenen Kleinigkeiten wie Fön, Schirm, Spülmittel usw. damit man an gar nichts denken muss.Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Es war alles bestens. Wir haben die Wohnung nur zum Übernachten genutzt. Zum Frühstücken waren wir 5 min zu einem Bäcker gelaufen, der auch sonntags geöffnet hatte. Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der S-Bahnlinie, aber wir hatten uns schnell daran gewöhnt und sehr gut geschlafen.

Wie "versprochen"

Optimal für Berlin ohne Touristress. Lage top für Ausflüge, an der S-Bahn und der U-Bahn gibt es alles, was man braucht.Die Lage direkt an der S-Bahn- Trasse war für uns kein Problem, auch nicht nachts, dafür ist die Straße absolut ruhig. Klare Empfehlung, auch weil die Infos und Hilfe durch den Vermieter umfassend und hilfreich waren.
