One of the only spots Downtown with Beautiful Views of Old City Hall. Suitable for Adults ONLY. Additional guests may be allowed at extra charge. Perfect for Romantic Getaway or a couples night out. You’ll love the lofty spacious feel of the unit.

If you plan on checking in past 11pm on your check-in date, we will not be able to provide host support until 6am the following morning. So please be aware any unit access issues/questions/concerns will not be addressed until that time.

Unique space and central location make it a great spot if you're working at the convention center. Clean place and easy to get in from the directions.

Awesome place!

Had everything needed, was clean, and very roomy. Though there are three codes, as long as you read the instructions it is pretty easy to go in and out. It’s in a very nice area and not too far of a walk from the waterfront. Definitely recommend!

Great time in Tacoma

The loft is great. Clean, looks like the pictures. The layout is fun. The location is central, walking distance to many sights, and parking was no problem. Highly recommended.

Short stay

Stayed three nights. Worked good for what we needed. Parking is a pain. Several times when we got back outside door was unlocked. Good for two people.

Nothing Located next to The silver Lounge a dance club open until 2am. The bedroom is down a flight and a half of stairs. The bathroom is on the first floor,so to go to the bathroom at night you have to climb the stairs. Terrible

Comfortable and Relaxing

The condo layout is so interesting and unique. The bed was comfortable, and the fans and AC unit kept things cool during the hot days. I could walk to any place I needed, and since it's right next to a convenience store, I didn't have to go far if I wanted breakfast or a snack. Plenty of towels and blankets, and anything I could possibly need for a weekend getaway.

Great location, funky cool apartment

Unique apartment. I wouldn't recommend it for small children as the stairs do not have railings. Communications with Mike were prompt and professional. Quickly addressed an issue with breaker. Location is great. Close to comedy club and downtown. Would stay again.

Heart of downtown tacoma

The owner was quick to respond and always kind and helpful. It met all of my needs. The layout is unlike anything ive ever seen and was hard to comprehend until i got there. There are 3 different coded doors to get in (which means 3 codes to remember) and parking was impossible especially at night in the weekends. I would stay again alone but would be very difficult with family due to the parking and layout.

Very fun property and location

Loved staying here! Had a few small problems checking in, but Micheal was quick to answer the phone and help us out. The property was very clean, everything worked, and very comfortable. We loved the 3 levels in the condo. This is a property in downtown, so we could hear the clubs and street noise relatively easily. Neither of us in our party had a problem with it, but just a word of caution for those out there who are light sleepers. 5 stars, would definitely stay here again!

Met needs

Rented this unit for a visiting musician who needed to be downtown for an event. Unit is walkable to most Tacoma venues and attractions. It’s well equipped with everything you need for a short stay including kitchenette with fridge, small washer/dryer, and bed. The building entry and hallway is a bit sketchy and poorly maintained, and the area directly outside is full of “character”. Our guest was a musician so didn’t mind the late night noise and partying. Communication with Michael was fast and efficient and checking/out process easy. It was a great option for what we needed.

Would Have Been Great

The unit is in an excellent location for visiting Wright Park, the lovely conservatory, the very excellent museums, and many theaters. Had some tasty, reasonably priced meals nearby including at Chilli Thai. Condo was perfectly clean with a quaint layout, a well equipped kitchen, a tidy bathroom with abundant towels, and a comfortable bed on downstairs level. Unfortunately, the description of the sleeping areas was not accurate and that proved to be very problematic. We were two friends who booked the condo because we wanted separate beds and the description said it had a king bed downstairs and a “double bed” in the common area on main floor. But when I went to pull out the sofa to find what I assumed was the double bed, it proved to be simply a love seat. Contacted host who first needed to know what unit I was in and then later responded asking if there wasn’t an inflatable mattress. The question didn’t solve the problem. I tried to sleep that first night by pulling a nearby table close to love seat and managed to sleep a few hours. In the morning I found that host had written saying there was an inflatable mattress in downstairs closet that could be brought up and used in common area. The second night I moved sofa and table, fully inflated mattress, and wedged it between love seat and wall optimistic about getting a good night’s sleep. Instead about 2 hours later the mattress had almost completely deflated. What would have been a a great stay wasn’t.

Glad the location worked out for you! Not sure why you are blaming and punishing us as hosts for you not reading the description of the unit and viewing photos of the unit that are available to you on the listing and assuming there was a pullout bed in the sofa? Not anywhere on our listing do we have a picture of a sofa pullout bed.

Excellent Location!

This unit was perfect for exploring downtown Tacoma. Couldn’t of asked for a better location and there was ample street parking over the weekend. The layout of the unit is really unique as well. Highly recommend.

In the center of it all

Really cool spot in the midst of historic, hoppin’ Tacoma. Creative space with a ton of amenities. Will be back for sure.
